Open - Close to 19h00

A bit difficult to access, the Bois des Feuillants is worth it. And when you finally get there, all you have to do is put on your harness and the adventure begins. The course starts with a small initiation to the system of hanging via carabiners. Then it's off to the Tarzan jump, the Hawaiian net, the giant hammock, a little tightrope walking and a test of your balance! You will be able to try out a total of seven courses (including two for children) and the Adrenaline pack with a paintball session in addition to the acrobranche.

SHOTOKAN KARATÉ DO NIORTAIS

Combat sports and martial arts
5/5
1 review

This complete art and open to everyone was made famous by the cinema. Who has never seen a parodie parodie or démonstration demonstration? Yet this sport is much more complex than it seems. It's not a question of stirring arms and legs by pushing screeching, that nenni! The figures and links are acquired as a physical and mental work force. This sport brings many benefits to the body and improves traction, balance, agility, flexibility and memory. It is a practice that children will enjoy and help to develop their trust in them and to channel their energy and it is the parents who will be happy!

GOLF DU HAUT-POITOU

Golf course
5/5

This is a magnificent course, as much for its scenery as for its sporting qualities. The 18-hole course, a par 73 measuring 6,549 meters in length, or the 9-hole course, a par 31 measuring 1,800 meters in length, with its Pitch & Putt course, advanced tee boxes, approach greens, putting greens and driving range, are ideal for experienced golfers. These courses feature both flat areas with water hazards and wooded sections. After your round, why not take advantage of the bar to reminisce about all those great shots.

THE ROOF

Climbing

The roof: Poitiers' spot for families and climbers. This "Maison de l'escalade", with its excellent restaurant, is a must in Poitiers. In this beautifully renovated former hangar, bouldering (max. height: 4.5 m) is available from the age of 2. You don't have to be an expert, and you don't have to work in pairs. The hall offers 6 levels of difficulty over 70 linear metres. There's even a climbing area reserved for little ones: ideal! After the effort, the comfort. Rendezvous in the bar-restaurant area. We love the sport, the relaxed atmosphere and the good food.

AVEN'THURE

It is the largest park of adventure in the vienna woods. It is a matter of passing from tree to tree, hang by straps. The 130 games that are offered to you indicate the programme: Tarzan jump, fillet of pirates, Nepalese bridge or surfing... Patients at vertigo should stay away. However, you can also choose the courses at night, with a light head. But we are not sure not to see your feet reassures you more than...

Hiking

Two hiking loops of about 3 hours and a mountain bike circuit of 27 to 33 km, all three marked. Departures from the Monacalis hall. KARATÉ BRESSUIRAIS

Combat sports and martial arts

The bressuira club offers traditional karate education. Open for everyone from 7 years old, this sport, which requires concentration, flexibility and precision, is an excellent way to make sport by working as well. Like many martial arts, karate practice is based on Buddhist and meditative designs. Here, the "empty hands" or "naked hands" (translation of the word karate) have everything to do with the "release taken" and the idea of putting a distance between itself and its worries. Karate is also based on respiration, like yoga. The practice of this type of sport will allow you to stay fit but also to open up to yourself.
