Read moreThis cooperative cellar, formerly Les Celliers de Ramatuelle, entirely renovated in 2016, brings together the establishment of Fréjus, which became Ramatuelle D'vins, and that of Ramatuelle, with 120 cooperative members and 265 hectares of vines spread over the communes of La Croix-Valmer, Gassin, Ramatuelle and Saint-Tropez, including 235 in AOP Côtes de Provence and 30 in Vin de Pays du Var. Read moreFounded in 1912, this is one of the largest cooperative wineries in the Var in terms of production: its 130 winegrowers, almost all located in Pourrières, produce an average of 50,000 hectoliters of wine per year (HVE label). Côtes de Provence, Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire and IGP Var are available in three colors; the Terres d'Histoires and 1912 vintages in particular, are regularly awarded prizes. Adjacent to the cellar, the store offers a wide range of bottles and bulk wines, as well as a tempting range of delicatessen products promoting the Var region.

Read moreThe cellar of Flassans, associated with the cellars of Cabasse and Besse, brings a human and technical dimension which makes it one of the most important structures of the Var. The 1,200 ha vineyard is spread over 9 communes, half of which are classified as AOP Côtes-de-Provence. Some 140 winegrowers bring more than 6,000 tons of grapes per year to the cellar, which is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The Flassans wine counter offers a wide range of bottles and BIBs.

The blends are made in the cellar and sold in the adjoining store, which offers wines in the three colors, with a large predominance of rosé of course, with more than 80% of the production. The vineyard is made up of 350 hectares of which 250 hectares are Côtes-de-Provence, from which four AOP rosé and red wines are produced, and two PGI wines: "Lou Castellas" in the three colours, and "L'inattendue" in rosé. The cooperative's cellar also offers local products, locally produced olive oils, oenological accessories and gift boxes.
