A stopover is required at the smallest cooperative winery in Var, created in 1923, to meet Dany Maupetit, a wine merchants and worthy representative of wine growers, and to discover his wines regularly in the competitions. Honours he shares with Lucie, his gentle companion and true vigneronne.

We are at the entrance of the Valley and yet it is the mention Vignerons de Correns that welcomes you in this brand new building. You are here at the cooperative of the winegrowers of the nearby village of Correns, known as the first organic village in France and where the inhabitants have taken over the work of the soil, in the respect of nature. You will find wines in the three colors, in appellations vins de pays d'Argens, AOC côtes-de-provence and even a very small IGP correns. All prices for all ranges, accessible in all cases.

This cooperative cellar, formerly Les Celliers de Ramatuelle, entirely renovated in 2016, brings together the establishment of Fréjus, which became Ramatuelle D'vins, and that of Ramatuelle, with 120 cooperative members and 265 hectares of vines spread over the communes of La Croix-Valmer, Gassin, Ramatuelle and Saint-Tropez, including 235 in AOP Côtes de Provence and 30 in Vin de Pays du Var. Eight cuvées in the 3 colours are at your disposal: Soyeux, R, Domaine de Jeanne, Domaine du Colombier, Végan, La crique, Ramaterra and Paillas.

Founded in 1912, this is one of the largest cooperative wineries in the Var in terms of production: its 130 winegrowers, almost all located in Pourrières, produce an average of 50,000 hectoliters of wine per year (HVE label). Côtes de Provence, Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire and IGP Var are available in three colors; the Terres d'Histoires and 1912 vintages in particular, are regularly awarded prizes. Adjacent to the cellar, the store offers a wide range of bottles and bulk wines, as well as a tempting range of delicatessen products promoting the Var region.

The cellar of Flassans, associated with the cellars of Cabasse and Besse, brings a human and technical dimension which makes it one of the most important structures of the Var. The 1,200 ha vineyard is spread over 9 communes, half of which are classified as AOP Côtes-de-Provence. Some 140 winegrowers bring more than 6,000 tons of grapes per year to the cellar, which is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The Flassans wine counter offers a wide range of bottles and BIBs.

The cooperative cellar of Pierrefeu gathers the productions of different wine growers of the territory. The blends are made in the cellar and sold in the adjoining store, which offers wines in the three colors, with a large predominance of rosé of course, with more than 80% of the production. The wines can be tasted on the spot and the welcome is friendly. Small regional grocery store and sale of crémants as well as wine-based aperitifs. Excellent value for money.

This century-old cooperative produces AOP Côtes-de-Provence and IGP des Maures wines. The vineyard is made up of 350 hectares of which 250 hectares are Côtes-de-Provence, from which four AOP rosé and red wines are produced, and two PGI wines: "Lou Castellas" in the three colours, and "L'inattendue" in rosé. The cooperative's cellar also offers local products, locally produced olive oils, oenological accessories and gift boxes.

The cooperative cellars of Saint-Maximin and Tourves, which produce organic PDO, IGP Var Sainte-Baume wines and sparkling wines, joined forces in 1997. Their terroir, located in the Coteaux-varois-en-Provence PDO production area, extends within a 15-kilometre radius around Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume, at the foot of the Sainte-Baume massif and the hill of Saint-Probace, as far as the foothills of Mount Aurélien.

This cooperative cellar was absorbed in 2004 by La Cadiérenne and is now part of this great family.
