Former sommelier, then restaurant manager, Jocelyn Desbands knows the world of gastronomy and wine well. After 13 years at the head of the Nicolas boutique in Saint-Raphaël, he has been working on his own since spring 2012. He offers a range of carefully selected products and provides personalized advice. His expertise translates into a permanent search for nested products, discovered during trips to meet atypical and renowned winemakers. He also organizes numerous wine evenings.

The Saint-Marc cellar offers 230 references of wines and spirits, more than 100 domains! From Provence of course but also wines from other regions, some organically grown, natural wines, Italian wines and spirits referenced with care and passion. The cellar is well cared for, with a pleasant tasting area. This is the full-size wine list of the adjoining eponymous restaurant, where the chef Alexandre Dimitch, a lover of nature and good products, offers you local cuisine, homemade dishes revisited with inventiveness.

Stéphane Andréani offers a fine selection of wines in his cellar, directed towards wines called nature or biodynamic products. Leaving no place at random, he keeps the grain to choose only nectars from producers respectful of the land. It's a very good advice that he likes to share. We can also get some rhums and whiskies. Attenant at the shop, Le Pas de Côté bistro is ideal for swallowing a dish from day to day, and to share antipasti and good bottle (s) at the end of the day.
