There is a wide selection of drinks, including local beers. The establishment serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with a nice view. All in a rustic decor of stone and wood with beautiful photos of Zion National Park. In season, outdoor dining is also available at the Castle Dome Café next door.

The cuisine is excellent, with accents of the southern United States and Mexico - but also European - in a good atmosphere. On the menu: a nice choice of meats and tasty desserts.

Sit among the old gas pumps and other relics of the '66 and enjoy the smells of the food served here. Steaks, ribs, burgers, salads, grilled chicken and of course an assortment of desserts. The bar offers a nice selection of local beers. There are screens on the walls showing sports channels, and in the summer, it's not uncommon for bands to provide musical entertainment outside.

We find good meats, from chicken escalope to filet mignon, as well as a nice plate of salmon, swordfish or pasta. Special mention to the desserts, the peanut butter and chocolate pie in the lead. Whether it's for a drink or a meal, a stop in Sedona should always include a stop at the Hudson.
