The Sailing Festival has become over the years an inescapable appointment in summer. This period of two days is the occasion to discover a range of nautical activities:  introductions to water sports and leisure activities with Grand Sud Fishing Sport association, Narbonne Nautical society and its sailing school, Narbonne Big Game Fishing Federation and Association, Narbonne-Plage nautical Centre, Underwater Club, Aude Fishermen committee and Aqua jet and JetXtreme societies. There are also, demonstrations, parades of boats, stroll on water, two open door days, exhibitions, concerts, workshops, regattas and baptisms. In a spirit of conviviality, take time to discover a maritime culture.

La Saint-Louis is a 4-day festival of parades (representing all the districts) through the streets to the rhythm of the peñas, square-ball tournaments, tributes to railway workers and concerts at the Théâtre de la Mer. On the last day of the festivities, Sétois and jousters gather in the Place de la Mairie, nicknamed the "Place du Poufre", to enjoy macaroonade (and build up their strength!), before the Languedoc jousting tournaments that bring the weekend to a close. Toulouse is a major stop on the men's and women's 7-a-side rugby world circuit. The event sets the Ernest Wallon stadium alight every year, and fans from all over the world come to cheer on their country. Matches take place all day long over 3 days, and the Fan Zone offers everything spectators need to enjoy the event: refreshment stands, food trucks, slide belly, rugby activities, climbing, relaxation zone, bandas... A truly festive weekend!

Top start in Aragon! We have selected for you the N ° 4 circuit, adapted at all levels and ideal with family. You're making progress in a quiet way on a path that is not leveled, with garrigue in the foreground, Pyrénées and Black Mountain in the second. It is possible at the end of the day after the work, or afternoon at weekends. On the way, take a break in front of the church of Fraisse-Cabardès, and admire the Capservy Abbey slightly further.

Be a spectator at another Languedoc jousting tournament, this time in Marseillan! This traditional sport, which has its roots in Frontignan dating back to 1627, has remained intact and is practiced in eight towns in the Hérault and one in the Gard. The fight begins as soon as the oboes and drums sound the charge, and you can then watch, in a traditional musical atmosphere, as the jousters clash, all dressed in white, on their blue and red boats.

An emblematic event in the land of rugby, the Toulouse Rugby Festival is a festive event open to all, with joyful entertainment dedicated to the oval ball. On the program: exhibition matches in classic rugby and wheelchair rugby, initiations for children, a host of fun activities... Several tournaments are organized: rugby à 5, women's rugby, rugby-entreprise and inter-school matches for the youngest. It's a celebration of sport that usually ends with a giant Haka and a broadcast of a TOP 14 match!

How can you miss this crazy summer event, the only one of its kind in the world? The concept is simple: a 35 x 40 m rugby pitch floating on the Garonne River in the heart of the "ville rose", with no touchline or end zone: you have to dive to score! It's 4 days of rugby, festivities and conviviality, with the main EAU'LL STAR tournament featuring French and international players, as well as a number of tournaments organized in parallel to enable all fans to get out on the pitch and dive into the river!

The commune of Montgiscard welcomes the sporting event of the Round of Chardon every month in April. Two races of 5 km and 10 km will then be made available to passionate, casual and more trained athletes. The routes alternate between asphalted roads and countryside roads, with a positive 200 m. There are no great difficulties in prospects; who knows, maybe you will find your ideal jogging itinerary?

Other practical information: any unlicensed participant must carry a medical certificate stating the absence of contraindication to the practice of race on foot.

As part of Total Festum, the Tambourine League is organizing workshops based on the sports and traditions of the Occitanie region. The program includes initiations to Balle au Tambourin, wooden games, traditional dances, CIRDÒC play trails, rugby, Camargue racing... But also a festive evening with musical initiations, Occitan songs and lively on-site catering.

Every summer, a dozen competitions are organized by the Société Nautique des Jouteurs Agathois and the Pavois Agathois. Whether at the foot of St. Etienne's Cathedral or close to the coast, these competitions are a great way to discover the regional tradition in a jovial and festive way. Some of the tournaments, in various categories, are linked to major events such as the Fête des Pêcheurs tournament or the regional Tournament des Écoles de Joute.
