Saint-Claude is accessible by bus via the Jurabus network. During school vacations, some buses do not run systematically, but are available by reservation. To get around Saint-Claude, the "Urbus" network is available. To get around the Haut-Jura Saint-Claude area, the Jurabus network offers several routes. Connections are available to Lons-le-Saunier, Moirans-en-Montagne, La Pesse, Les Moussières, Bellecombe, Lajoux, Saint-Lupicin, Lavans les St Claude, Pratz, Molinges, Chassal, La Rixouse and Villard sur Bienne.
