Close to the Château de Laressingle and the Abbey of Flaran, the Domaine Séailles has been making a name for itself since 1961 on this terroir of high altitude slopes and clay-limestone soils. This family estate is composed of 26 hectares of vines planted with both white grape varieties; Sauvignon, Gros Manseng, Ugni Blanc but also red grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah. The heart of their production is Armagnac and wines with aromatic signatures, entirely organic since 2022. You can make an appointment by phone if you wish to come by.

There are two weekly markets in the shade of the large plane trees in the heart of Nogaro: the small food market on Wednesday mornings, where regular customers come to buy fruit, vegetables, cheese and meat, and the traditional Saturday market, where food products are joined by many other items: clothes, local specialities... In a beautiful atmosphere, you'll have the opportunity to stroll between the stalls to stock up or find a few souvenirs to take home.

Not just fois gras! This store specializing in products from the Gers region is located right next to the Nogaro racetrack. There's plenty to choose from, and we can even advise you! Here you'll find fresh duck products such as foies gras du jour, magrets and summer grills, as well as mi-cuits and confits (duck legs, manchons, gizzards). Nadège and Sylvain are part of the 4 ^th generation to take over this family domain of 80 ha. The Domaine de Maubet, under the impetus of Aline and Jean-Claude Fontan, which has been assigned all its activities to wine production, was initially closed to Polyculture until the s. And what wine production! The Fontan provide all their know-how and professionalism to produce high quality wines and do not forget to provide all the necessary treatments to obtain an extraordinary grape. Here floc, low armagnacs, white brandy and wines await you for a gourmet tasting. They also rent a superb 200 m ² cottage in the heart of the property: what to experience an unforgettable wine adventure!

The production of milk vodka is inspired by an ancient tradition from the Mongolian steppes, the arkhy. It follows a rigorous 5-step process: milk collection, clarification, fermentation, distillation and blending. The result is a slightly cloudy vodka with sweet notes. This vodka, unique in France, is designed as a luxury product. Other luxury products sold here, the old armagnacs of the Gimet house, of which Nicolas Sinoquet has recovered the barrels by buying the distillery.

Take your time because Dominique and Benoît Hébert invite you. Off season, it is better to call before you come. You are waiting to visit the vineyard with its history and anecdotes, visit the cellars, initiation to armagnac rearing, tasting and sale of vintage wines, flocs and armagnac. This beautiful family estate, located in Bas-Armagnac, surrounds a th century residence where the poet Alphonse de Lamartine resided. The vineyard, squeezing the property, lies on Fauves sands characteristic of the site, but also on a hillside that is more suitable for floc and country wines. The savvy amateur discovers a cellar of aging, semi-buried, remarkable. For tasting  : a floc of white Gascony (white ugni and big manseng), complex nose, flowery note, very beautiful balance, a floc of Gascony rosé, and an often award-winning armagnac. On-site  : two gîtes 2 and 3 épis can accommodate between 4 and 5 people.

At the Valence-sur-Baïse market, you can choose, negotiate and buy the best of Gers flavors in a friendly atmosphere. In addition to fresh fruit and vegetables, you'll find all kinds of quality local produce. Pastries, breads, preserves, wines and a wide range of cheeses are displayed on the colorful stalls of producers and merchants. From April to October, the market goes even longer, with 100% organic producers on hand from 5pm to 8pm.

The finest local produce has been carefully selected especially for gourmets. This friendly boutique offers a wide selection of products 100% "made in Gascony". Wines and Armagnacs feature prominently, and gourmet products include regional dishes based on goose and duck, of course, but also honey, flower confits, pastries, charcuterie...
