LA CAVE GOURMANDE

The cellar offers a fine selection of Côtes-de-Gascogne and other South-Western appellations. Quality is also evident in the many artisanal preserves made from duck and goose. Owner Josiane Catherine has assembled a magnificent collection of Armagnacs, classified and displayed by year, with the oldest dating back to the 1940s. This is without doubt the richest collection of eaux-de-vie in the area.
