Dairy cooperative Vanoise

The Fromagerie du Plan is located at the entrance of the village in Pralognan-la-Vanoise. Samantha and Pierrick are farmers and offer their products for direct sale. Moreover, some of the products made in the Prioux mountain pasture in summer are found on this stall. Beaufort d'alpage, raclette, yoghurts, tomme... To complete the picture, they also selected other farm products. The products smell of authenticity and know-how.

The Laitière Dairy Cooperative is exported into the mountains by proposing its products manufactured and refined in Moûtiers. It transforms milk from 65 dairy farms that represent 750 tonnes of Beaufort. Between 30 and 80 grinding are produced per day following the season and lactation of cows.
