In his small workshop-garage in the heart of Calenzana, Jean Charles makes knives in the purest tradition of the Corsican knife: the XC75 carbon steel blade is forged with charcoal and retains the old-fashioned raw forged look. Since 2012, Pierre Guerra has been handcrafting a plethora of small objects, including wooden pens, razors, spinning tops, esoteric clocks and, above all, ram's horn knives.
