Surf Session is a surfing magazine published in France. It tracks good waves, offers a weather report, gives news and the site has opened a "surfers" section. The oldest French surf magazine was founded in 1986 by Gibus de Soultrait and Pierre Bernard-Gascogne in Biarritz. It remains the^first French surfing magazine and still leader on its market. For over 35 years, Pyrénées Aventures Nouvelles has been offering canyoning trips, combined with caving, hiking and climbing in the Soule canyons, from the village's nautical base. Samuel and Olivier, qualified instructors, will introduce you to fun and sporting activities in a world combining mineral and plant life. On the famous Cavaliers beach in Anglet, 5 minutes from Biarritz, Mathieu and his team of qualified instructors, with over 20 years' experience, organize, advise and introduce surfing to all ages. From the age of 10, Les Guides de Bains Angloys introduces you to coastal lifesaving, with first aid training. Affiliated with the French Lifesaving Federation, the club prepares you for your lifeguard diploma. The Aviron Bayonnais Omnisports has 24 sections: aikido, athletics, rowing, basketball, English boxing, cycling, soccer, fencing, handball, judo, swimming, pelota, pro rugby, tennis, chess, pirogue... Its past is rich in victories and its present no less so. For several years now, Aviron has been working closely with San Sebastian and Guipuzkoa to develop certain disciplines. Espelette is a town in the Basque Country, between Bidarray and Itxassou, known for its outdoor activities. All year long, the school will accompany you on the most beautiful beaches of the Landes, notably in magical spots such as the Central beach, the North beach (historical site of the club) and the White Beach of the Lake where the Stand Up Paddle hut is located.

This aquatic complex offers a 25 m sports pool for experienced swimmers, with dedicated lanes or freestyle. Training courses, swimming lessons and aquatic activities take place in the learning pool.
