The park is equipped with electrical outlets for recharging batteries, and an inflation pump. The advantage is that the park can be used 24 hours a day, regardless of where you live. Another initiative is Vélibleu, which offers self-service bicycles and the Txik txak network in all the main towns.

The bike park opened in Biarritz at the end of 2021 in the Jardin Public. It offers 40 secure spaces, accessible 24 hours a day all year round by subscription. Half of the spaces can be used to recharge VAEs. As the towns of Bayonne and Anglet are also equipped with this system, the subscription now extends parking to these three towns. Soft mobility also includes tuk-tuk, shuttle buses, etc., and a pedestrian zone that extends into the town center during the season.
