Camille and Benjamin have been making artisanal natural spirits and liqueurs for over 10 years, and created one of the first Patxaran in the Northern Basque Country. Their specialties are well known: Patxaran, Manzana, Patxaka, Basque Pastis, Gin and craft beers. 2024 marks a turning point, with the takeover of Txopinondo (Sagarno apple wine), and the opening (at last!) of their boutique-bar-tasting room to enjoy their specialities after work or later in the evening!

More than 200 m² are dedicated to the discovery of Domaine Brana's eaux-de-vie, liqueurs and wines. And over 1,500 m² dedicated to the distillery with its copper stills. Martine Brana and her brother Jean have designed this sales, tasting and promotion area, with their fruit-based products, including the famous pear, plum and raspberry eaux-de-vie, Espelette pepper gin, organic clementine and citron eaux-de-vie.

Decidedly, the Massonde family has many strings to its bow, with family cured meats, ready-made meals, preserves from the sea, jams... and the creation of top-of-the-range, innovative liqueurs. Fruit maceration, from the artisanal workshop in Itxassou, is the company's specialty. Apple liqueurs, peppermint liqueurs, cherry liqueurs, organic blueberry liqueurs and more. Liqueurs for cocktails or drinks. Our initiator and producer Ramuntxo can be found at the major markets of the Basque country to taste them.

Matthieu's distillery produces gin and whisky. And not just any range: single malt with top-of-the-range gin, fresh, elegant, with a subtle taste of alcohol, ideal for gin and tonics and other cocktails. And whisky too. Ingredients for the gin, such as juniper berries and citrus fruits, are picked in the Basque Country. As for whisky, the barley is harvested in the Orthez region of Béarn, while Guiche's forthcoming organic production is awaited. These nectars can be found in fine delicatessens and cellars throughout the region and beyond.

Located in the heart of Bayonne, Kevin's radiant boutique offers premium spirits, with an exceptional selection of whiskies from around the world, as well as rums, gins, tequilas, vodkas and more. In a hushed atmosphere and with this large table where you can taste these subtle stills, you can also share and accompany boards of charcuterie and cheeses from local artisans. Every Friday evening, there are themed tastings of spirits. And every week, the latest nuggets from the ends of the earth.

It was this passion that led Dorian to set up his own distillery for gins, vodkas, liqueurs (mint and coffee) and other spirits in 2019, and he's now enjoying great success with wine merchants, delicatessens and connoisseurs alike! He distills with precision "sous vide", i.e. at low temperature, unlike industrial brands; in this way, the taste of the plants is sublimated as the aromas are respected. As a result, he has developed a range of top-quality spirits, and also offers customized and exclusive creations on request.

Pixte, the Basque aperitif par excellence, can be found in wine shops and delicatessens throughout the Basque Country. A pure beverage from a secret family recipe, developed over half a century, it's an aperitif with notes of cherry, almonds and various touches, but not too sweet, and a subtle blend of red wine and various local spirits. Serve chilled on the rocks, with or without tonic. Also available in rosé and white, which can be ordered directly from the site. Also available in discovery gift boxes.

A French spirit with Landes influences! Arsène and Guillaume met in Hossegor and shared a taste for the local culture. The idea of creating a brand of Gin was born. As an emblem of the region, they chose the maritime pine of course. But also surfing in its street art spirit! Subtle and elegant on the palate, Gin 40 is the fruit of an artisanal maceration essentially based on plants. Now at the helm of this concept store in one of Bayonne's pedestrian shopping streets, our expert bartender offers a selection of exceptional wines, the finest spirits and signature cocktails, and a wide range of tableware. We also offer private tasting evenings in a magnificent vaulted cellar, adding a touch of intimacy to the setting.
