The ducks come from the Irissarry farm and the products are processed in its workshop in Ossès. These products are available for sale in the shop in Ossès, Saint-Jean-de-Luz and at the halles d'Anglet as well as on the markets. In this superb shop, you will discover a large wooden bar where the fresh products of the house are hidden under a bell. The shop is also a showcase for artisanal products.
