From fusion to creation. In Cambo, discover Banaka ("one by one" in Basque), a glass bead workshop and showroom. Nathalie Gonzalez, a master bead-maker for more than 10 years, will demonstrate how to make glass beads (live) from Murano glass rods from the Effêtre factory. Heated with a blowtorch to 1,200°C, the glass melts and wraps around a metal mandrel. One of the difficulties is to obtain a round, oval or flat bead. With custom orders.
