KITTY SU DELHI

Club €€

Like any self-respecting hotel in Delhi, the LaLiT has its own club-restaurant-bar-lounge dedicated to the city's golden youth and the entire LGBTQIA+ community. Pink neon and damask walls in a succession of alcoves and small lounges lead up to the main dance floor . Here, a compact crowd sways to the pulsating rhythms of electro-dance music played by a trendy DJ. Drag shows are regularly scheduled as part of the Pure Love campaign. Kitty Su is one of the capital's best-sellers.

PRIVEE

Club

The Shangri-La Eros hotel's club mixes genres. The bar area with its wooden panels is reminiscent of a ship's hold. The dressing of the back wall is resolutely Art Deco. The huge central dance floor is lit by rows of spotlights swinging cold colors, and even dressed with light projections on the floor and ceiling. So much for the setting that makes the times and styles collide. The fauna arrives in number the weekend, rather the golden youth of Delhi, as in the other clubs of the capital, given the high prices.

LORD OF THE DRINKS

Club

This is Kathmandu's biggest club, a huge machine frequented by Kamtandu's golden youth, combining rock bar and electro club, the two most popular genres in the country. It's called LOD, and the drinks menu is quite sophisticated, with cocktails and draught beers. Giant screens, sound systems and state-of-the-art lighting invite you to dance the night away, to the electro sounds mixed by resident and guest DJs from major international clubs. Evening wear required.

PLAN B

Club

This club's name is a bit of a misnomer, since we'd rather call it Plan A! We love its ultra-modern, dapper decor, its lights and sound system that distill a party atmosphere, and its DJs with up-to-date mixes, who play a fair amount of "Naija music", contemporary Afrobeat by Burna Boy, Wizfkids and other Nigerian stars, as well as other danceable electro sounds. The nightclub is very popular at weekends, when queues can get long. A word of advice: go during the week or not too late in the evening. Don't miss the rooftop for a break.

SUPPER CLUB

Club

This is THE new trendy address in Kathmandu, to be tried out especially on Saturday nights. This new club, which just opened in 2023, is completely crazy, with a colorful checkerboard floor that flashes like Saturday Night Fever, a dozen facet balls of all sizes under a huge ceiling that shimmer as they spin, and waiters in rhinestone shirts. It's enough to make you want to be Travolta on the dance floor! Especially as the sound is disco and 70's at times. Good cocktails and draught beers. Sushi, momos, hotel (!) and live music during the week.
