A nice selection, including Moleskine for globe-trotters (the only place to find them in town) and records by some Neapolitan artists. The choice of books in foreign languages remains limited. For those who are fluent in Italian, however, there is a wide selection of novels and books covering all disciplines.

Read moreA place in the folle street of the Quartier district. A Nasca, you can sit down quietly to take a coffee, and browse the books in presentation without necessarily buying them. A modern bookstore, where lovers of reading can finally sit down with a nice book. The idea is rich and allows to discover the committed writings of Nasca. Basically, the other room dedicated to art changes artist every two months. On the evening, especially at weekends, not able to read gently in its corner. The library turns into a bar and the readers of the day are moult.

It houses a rare collection of works on the Mezzogiorno, on art and local history, and can boast of supplying the largest libraries, Italian and foreign universities and some politicians. M-SHOP
Read moreGlued to the Pan Museum, this bookstore is also a coffee. The art lover will find here all the beaux published on Naples and its treasures. Contemporary artists born in the city are in honour. In this well-arranged and design place, it is possible to stay read the books available. An excellent art library.
COLONNESE
Read moreBookseller and antique dealer, Gaetano Colonnese is a lover of letters and beautiful works in general (photographs, engravings, masks, stamps). In 1965 he founded this bookshop near Piazza Bellini where he shares his passion for books combined with his deep attachment to Neapolitan culture. There you can find rare and old books, prints, books in dialect... At Via San Biagio dei Librai, 100, has recently opened a second bookshop with documentation more aimed at tourists.
