When it is said that Le Karachi is the first Indo-Pakistani restaurant in Lyon, it is for two reasons. Generous and tasty cuisine in a friendly setting, change of scenery guaranteed.

Tandoor & Wok, the first Asian restaurant 100% halal on Lyon, offers a nice showcase, promise of a bright room where one feels good at lunch time among colleagues working, friends or family. Smart regularly cracks on the Aloy menu - delicious spring rolls, served beef with Thai rice, Banana Doughnut - or Ejad - tasty pakora, chicken curry or kima Madras, plaow to finish, while adding an excellent cheese nan baked in the tandoor oven - less than 16 €. No alcohol, of course, but you have to taste a lassi to get fun. An address whose reputation goes well beyond the neighbourhood.

From the facade of Indian temple to the vast contemporary room, Namaskar does everything it can to make us travel in this environment that is ultimately unsuitable for escape. This Indian restaurant, right in the center of Mohandessin, belongs to the Oberoi group: the setting is chic, the food just right, and the prices very reasonable. What's more, the staff are very friendly: here, the waiters do everything to make you feel at ease. As for the food, there are no surprises: a variety of Indian specialties, from chicken byriani to samoussas and vegetarian dishes. The restaurant can be booked for private parties. Reservations can also be made for takeaway.

It's a very high-end Indian restaurant. You can also enjoy his menu by the pool, for a chic or romantic dinner. The passing tourist is welcomed as a regular visitor who is pampered with complicity. The waiters take special care with the undecided and those who fear spices to help them choose from a very wide range of tastes and a range of more or less spicy dishes. Butter chicken is a must. This is one of the few restaurants in Sultanahmet to offer a cuisine other than that of Turkey! This Indian is simply delicious and its complete menu offers all the specialities of the genre: palak paneer, chicken tikka, naan, tandori, etc. A favourite for their ice cream flavours for dessert (cardamom, rose and mango). It is also a good place for vegetarians (even rarer in this area!). However, prices are slightly higher than average. If you can sit on the terrace, the view is magnificent.
