From Friday to Monday, the Fêtes historiques de Mirepoix is a recreation of a rich history, a magnificent setting, breathtaking costumes and motivated volunteers who are the secret behind this festival. Come and discover the medieval atmosphere in the heart of the magnificent city of Mirepoix, with a historical parade, night-time sketches, a medieval craft market, giant wooden games and a presentation of games from yesteryear. The festival closes with a torch-lit parade and a mass in Occitan.

FESTIVAL D'ARTAGNAN CHEZ D'ARTAGNAN

D'Artagnan's native village had to celebrate its famous musketeer. As in a live show, all the inhabitants participate in costume as peasants, musicians, barons, hunters and even bohemians and they color the streets of Lupiac. The whole village and its visitors dance, sing and meet at the gourmet market, the craft stands or at the traditional music concerts. You will spend a wonderful day here, which brings back to life a bygone era.

This festival south of Toulouse immerses visitors in life in the Middle Ages: medieval tents and stalls, workshops and demonstrations, wooden games, stories and discoveries of Occitan culture... The day closes with a grand historical sound and light show retracing the battle of Muret, complete with fireworks, projections and stunts... 150 extras take part! The town hall puts out a call for extras every year!

LES MEDIEVALES DE MAZERES

Every year for over thirty years, organized by the Fébus Aban association, these medieval festivities bring together over 400 extras and 50 horsemen to parade through the streets of the beautiful bastide town of Mazères on Saturday at 9 p.m. and on Sunday at 4 p.m. before the show. On Sunday evening, a grand medieval feast for 650 covers and 8 courses is organized in the magnificent covered market hall, with a host of entertainment. Plenty of free entertainment.
