This yoga center is hidden under a porch away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in a place dedicated to well-being and inner work. You enter a perfectly zen space, the colors relaxing, the room luminous. The Mouna center offers a vast choice of classes, taught by a wide range of instructors: hata yoga for postural work, yoga nidra for deep relaxation, Madras yoga for yoga adapted to each individual, Tibetan-inspired yoga to improve perception... Some classes are designed for a specific audience: prenatal yoga, mother-baby yoga, children's yoga or women's yoga, to accompany personal events that can weaken femininity. Depending on your tastes and expectations, you also have the opportunity to practice disciplines such as Pilates, Qi Qong or meditation. We also offer training courses.

Walk along the banks of the Canal du Midi, below the Côte Pavée, and... get on board! Because it is indeed on board a barge that you will take your next yoga lesson. Come aboard and discover a superb floating studio, wide open to the surrounding nature. It's perfect for disconnecting. Arm yourself with your towel and water bottle to practice the various practices offered here. Smart: you can even rent the barge for private events (weddings, birthdays, baptisms...).
