On the program, the preparation and tasting of cocoa-based drinks (to discover new flavors); realization of the steps to make a chocolate bar in a friendly atmosphere. The workshop lasts about 2h30. You will leave with your own personalized chocolate bar made by you! The workshop ends with a guided tour of the plantation while the chocolate bars harden.

Read moreCFTS (Centre de Formation aux Techniques de Survie) is a continuing education center located in Le François. They offer survival courses, including an orientation and topography course. The aim of this course is to pass on the knowledge needed to get around in a natural environment. It runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is open to all. Participants will learn to understand and use a map, to use a compass, to evaluate distances, to use a GPS, and to use their knowledge in an orienteering race. No prerequisites are necessary, but good physical condition is recommended. Equipment required includes water, a flat compass, a change of clothes, food and a note-taker.
