Stade Montois canoë-kayak organizes self-guided canoe trips on the Midouze. Half-day or full-day trips are available on a calm, shady river, accessible to paddlers of all levels. In summer, departure is from Mont-de-Marsan town center, at the foot of the tourist office. Departures from the Tartas tourist office are also available. The Leyre, sometimes referred to as the "little Amazon", lends itself wonderfully to a trip on the water. Amazone Canoë offers full-day and half-day tours. Nathaniel will take you up the river to its delta. Discover the wild flora and fauna of the area and let yourself glide downstream. Other walks: the Canal des Landes, Ile aux Oiseaux, Banc d'Arguin... Possibility of multi-day outings (from two to five days) from Sabre to Le Teich, a distance of 90 kilometers. Jean-François welcomes you in Dordogne for a moment of sport and relaxation. Whether alone or accompanied, you will be able to sail on a canoe or kayak. Several routes are available depending on your time: rent on time, Cubas-Tourtoirac or Cubas-Sainte-Eulalie, and many more. Depending on your choice, shuttles come to get you back to the base, allowing you to go further without saving forces for return! Green 'Auvézère also offers climbing, mountain biking and speleology.

Canoes Valley Vézère proposes you to spend time and the Vézère to discover the landscapes that attracted the first men. The base is located in Les Eyzies, capital of Prehistory, where you can choose the most suitable course. Varying from one hour to the day, the choices are multiple and the prices include a departure by mini-bus, which allows you to carry out the journey in one direction. The simplest route is the Parcours route. It is 9 km long and lasts 1 hours and is accessible to all.

The Leyre is a veritable biological conservatory, home to remarkable and original flora and fauna. Courant d'Eyre offers a wide range of canoeing and kayaking activities on the Little Amazon, including full-day, half-day, morning and afternoon trips. Sailing time (excluding shuttle and breaks) is around 2 hours for a half-day and 4h30 for a full day. Courant d'Eyre also rents out paddles. Think of it for a birthday party or a stag/hen party. The Rafting and Canoeing Club was created in 1962 by the USCN (Union Sportive Coarraze-Nay). Thus, all year round, the inhabitants of the Gaves have the possibility to practice river descents, alone, with their family or in groups, supervised by professionals. For the novices, rafting allows to discover white water in complete safety. The most courageous or the most athletic can navigate on more autonomous boats (hot-dog, kayak). Fancy a canoe trip on the Dordogne? If so, don't hesitate to make an appointment with Canoë Castillonnais by phone or on Facebook. The company offers two routes of 6 to 12 km, departing from Lamothe-Montravel and Pessac-sur-Dordogne. Allow around 1h30 for the first route and 3h for the second. Meet at Les Batailleurs campsite! Departures are possible in the morning or afternoon. This is a great activity for two, family or friends. Reservations recommended!

Mr. Colomy, owner of Aventure Plein Air in St Léon, also has a fine canoe base in the village of Montignac, not far from the Lascaux caves. With 3 routes of varying length, from 8 to 20 km, the 7 rives offer the chance to discover several emblematic Périgord Noir villages, Thonac, Saint-Léon and Tursac (and their castles perched on the banks), along the Vézère. Accessible to all, they can be enjoyed solo, in a group or as a family, provided you know how to swim.

Canoe trips from the Ur Ondoa rental base offer the ideal experience for families and groups, in complete safety (life jackets are compulsory). The routes are accessible to all, provided you can swim. The hour-and-a-half ride takes place on the most peaceful part of the Nivelle, while thrill-seekers can opt for the hour-and-a-half to two-hour descent to the Roman bridge at Ascain.

Nautilclub is a sailing and boat rental school on the Biscarrosse-Parentis lake. Catamaran, funbord, dinghy, paddle, pedalo, kayak... This "big canoe" is ideal for those who don't want to get too wet. You'll be guided along the water by an enthusiastic expert in this natural environment. We supply all safety equipment (unsinkable boat, buoyancy vest, water bottle, paddle). Prices vary according to the length of use. La Palue is a small river that you can canoe down with the Castets club (affiliated to the French Canoeing Federation). Summer is the ideal period for leisurely descents. Starting from the base (from 10am to 4.30pm), 8 kilometres of discovery and relaxation in the heart of the Landes forest are offered to you. Good news, swimming is allowed. The canoe can accommodate up to 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). The best thing is still to book!

ProD' Sports et Loisirs is the leader in outdoor activities in the town of Couthures-sur-Garonne, in the heart of the Lot-et-Garonne region. Les Canoës Vallée Vézère is a canoe-kayak rental service based in Les Eyzies, in the Dordogne. They offer different routes down the Vézère river, ranging from 9 to 26 kilometers, with descent times varying from 1h30 to 5h30. It's also possible to combine a hike with a canoe descent, with 11 km or 14 km walks followed by a 9 km or 13 km canoe descent.
