With 30 years' experience, Fabrice, an ex-competitive swimmer with a passion for waves and surfing, teaches all generations with skill and passion. Between Bidart, Guéthary and Saint-Jean-de-Luz, you'll learn and enjoy surfing the best spots on the coast. The quality of his teaching is recognized thanks to his pedagogy and his ability to adapt to all levels, from the youngest to the oldest. In individual or group lessons, Fabrice accompanies you in the water throughout your surfing sessions. You can also discover snorkeling and palm-walking.

The UCPA Aqua Stadium in Mérignac is the new aquatic and sports destination. The hardest part may be finding your way around the prices. While the complex has been designed to control, reduce and optimize water, heating and electricity consumption, it is also a national competition center. In the land of canoeing, Stand Up Paddle Périgord has opened France's first river-based Stand Up Paddle rental school. Stand Up Paddle or SUP is a new water sport, an outdoor leisure activity derived from surfing. It's practiced on long, bulky, highly stable boards with a large paddle. A great way to get out on the water, it's fun, easy and accessible to all, and is said to keep you in shape. Initiations, accompanied descents among medieval castles and prehistoric remains are on the program.

Since 1967, the Pôle nautique de Soustons-Plage has been an institution in the Landes for welcoming groups. With transport and accommodation service! Surfescapade is a surf school located in the town of Tarnos. The school offers surf lessons for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Lessons are given by experienced and passionate instructors. The school also offers bike rentals, in partnership with Cyclescapade.

Surf Session is a surfing magazine published in France. It tracks good waves, offers a weather report, gives news and the site has opened a "surfers" section. The oldest French surf magazine was founded in 1986 by Gibus de Soultrait and Pierre Bernard-Gascogne in Biarritz. It remains the^first French surfing magazine and still leader on its market. From the base at Cénac or Siorac-en-Périgord, there is a wide choice of routes ranging from seven to thirty kilometers between Saint-Julien-de-Lampon and Limeuil. You're free to ride for half a day, a full day or just a few hours. With a little training and determination, it's also possible to go on real treks of two or more days on the waters of the Dordogne, from 38 to 110 km. It's a wonderful experience in an exceptional natural setting that will leave you with wonderful memories, whether with friends or family.

For over 35 years, Pyrénées Aventures Nouvelles has been offering canyoning trips, combined with caving, hiking and climbing in the Soule canyons, from the village's nautical base. Sailing enthusiasts, welcome to Sport Nautique d'Andernos! The friendly instructors, the trips around the Île aux Oiseaux... are just some of the reasons to try your hand at sailing. Nautical excursions and courses during the school vacations are offered on Optimists from age 6, dinghies from age 8, catamarans from age 10 and windsurfers from age 11. The course comprises 5 sessions of 3 hours each, from Monday to Friday, depending on the tides. Private and group lessons are led by qualified instructors.

River Canoë Kayak offers free hiking on the Dordogne. The beginner journey stretches over six kilometers to the small picturesque town of Allas-les-Mines. The Centre Nautique Biscarosse Olympique welcomes you to Latécoère on the south lake and to Navarrosse on the north lake in summer. Here, you can take advantage of the sailing school to learn all year round, the sports school to try your hand at competition, or leisure sailing for those who already know how to sail. Summer courses, lasting from 3 to 5 days and subject to registration, are available for all levels, for beginners or advanced sailors aged 5 and over.

Arteka makes the mountains its playground. Supervised by professionals, in total safety, here is a reference in the field where you can practice all kinds of activities around white water. Rafting, canyoning, via ferrata, climbing, paintball, scooter... There's no shortage of thrills around Bidarray. On the program: sharing, immersing yourself in nature, descending the Otxondo pass on a scooter and climbing the Baztan rock for beginners. At Osmosia Wakepark, Tom Gradt, a competitor with a BP Jeps diploma, is in charge of the wakeskate, wakesurf and ski lift sessions.
