For the form, you will be given a word of the beautiful surroundings - wood, stone and plants, parquet floors, ², mirrors, ring, shop, fitness and relaxation spaces… - in the heart of the beautiful Tatry gallery. Basically, Sochin has been teaching martial arts for some years in Bordeaux. Abonnements subscriptions allow to practice several of the proposed disciplines - judo, karate, jiu, boxing, aikido, kung-fu, self defence… - to access the training room, to participate in reduced or free rates, to train freely in the premises. No fewer than 40 martial arts courses are available there each week, and internships are regularly organized with international stakeholders. A junior version, the Little Samurai club allows 4-16 years to practice judo, vertical-jujitsu, karate, and traditional weapons for a single subscription price. Thus, younger people cultivate the taste of effort, self-control, relations with others, rather than competition. To be sure that they will like it, before investing in kimono, Sochin offers them, without commitment, some free trial courses, and also baby judo courses for 4-5 years. An on-site shop provides the necessary equipment.

Welcome to Kaska 64, the training center open to all. Here, various combat and self-defense sports are taught. KRAV MAGA, KMRED, French boxing, sparring techniques. Who hasn't experienced a bad encounter one day and, there, it's hard not to put yourself in the place of the victim. What are the gestures that save ? KMRED is a simple, direct and efficient fighting discipline that is for everyone, children, women and men, and allows you to better defend yourself or to simply practice in leisure mode.

This long-established club, founded in 1954, has proved its worth. Its objective today is not only to train competitors, but above all to teach this martial art from an early age. An Eveil judo section is perfectly orchestrated for 4- and 5-year-olds by state-certified instructors who also run classes for young and old alike, focusing on learning techniques, but also and above all on self-control: controlling violence, falls, balance, expression... A wide range of activities are taught, including judo of course, but also jujitsu and self-defence or taïso (body balance).

Getting back into sport with Fit Fight, which offers group and individual classes, allows you to progress at your own pace. Classes focus on boxing (without opposition), muscle strengthening, flexibility and cardio. With experienced, state-certified coaches, you can have fun and tone your body at the same time. Room equipped with electro-muscular stimulation (EMS) or a 20-minute session = 4 hours of muscle-building. Register your child from age 4!
