Theaters Aquitaine

Opened in January 2018, the Théâtre des Beaux-Arts is a vibrant space for creation. The room, warm and intimate, hosts an eclectic program throughout the year, in order to surprise an audience of curious or regulars: comedies, one-man shows, dramatic plays... Local and regional companies present their latest creations. The place can also be privatized, for companies looking for a truly original and atypical setting to organize cocktails, meetings, trainings or parties.

Formerly a sensational cinema that had fallen into disrepair, the "camion-théâtre de l'ouest" has been rehabilitated as a travelling auditorium with 80 tiered seats. With its PRM access, all audiences are welcome, starting with children, who always come away amazed. The "camion-théâtre de l'ouest" also hosts film-concerts and more thematic evenings, preceded by a meal at very reasonable prices.

Closed in 2022, the "Théâtre des Treize Vents" will reopen in spring 2024 under the impetus of the municipality. The premises have been renamed. Born in the Lot-et-Garonne commune of Coulx and dying at the age of 72 in Villeneuve-sur-Lot on January 25, 2023, Roger Louret was a well-known figure in the world of show business. Founder of the "Baladins en Agenais" theater company, he worked with Muriel Robin, Elie Semoun and Annie Gregorio in their early days, and launched a new generation of young artists (Gabriel Sarrou Vergnac, Baptiste Gonthier). A well-deserved tribute.
