Take a break and enjoy these open-air yoga classes overlooking the ocean, on the terrace of the Petite Chambre d'Amour! Offered by Anglet Tourisme in July and August. You'll be supervised by qualified teachers, and classes are suitable for all levels, beginners or advanced, as well as for families (children aged 8 and over). On the program: calm, well-being and serenity. Places are limited, so bookings can be made via the website.

Sylvie has been practising Hatha Yoga for two decades, following the teachings of the Escuela Internacional de Yoga in Madrid. She is a certified member of the Yoga Alliance and the European Yoga Federation. Today, she offers classes focused on opening up the self, with the aim of rediscovering a balance of calm and well-being in this hectic life. Sessions are structured as follows: breathing exercises (10 min), stretching (10 min), static postures or more dynamic sequences (25 min) and guided relaxation (15 min). Several packages are available to enable participants to personalize their sessions and progress in this discipline.
