Domaine de Hustet is a 100% organic family farm. Thanks to its vending machine open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, the estate offers you the possibility of picking up eggs, seasonal fruit, sunflower oil, wheat flour, fruit juices, jams, 100% organic squash from its production as well as a selection of honeys at any time. The estate also sells honey from beekeepers and home-made grape juice. At the end of spring, fruits from the estate's orchards are offered and in autumn, jams, syrups and juices.

One of France's largest orchards in the heart of the Pays de Cocagne: over 200 hectares devoted to the production of apples and cherries, using traditional organic farming methods. Seven different apple juices are produced. The traditional one is a blend of three apple varieties (granny, golden and braeburn), giving a subtle taste of fresh apples; other varieties include cherry apple, granny, golden, braeburn, pink lady... For the festive season, Fonti'bubbles makes apple juice sparkling.

Employees and volunteers of the Aveyron truffle growers' union take turns every day of the summer to welcome you to their home in Comprégnac. Francis and Marie Gamot, producers of white garlic from Lomagne, have transformed an old farm storehouse into a museum-boutique. This museum allows visitors to discover the specificities of this garlic, which has a PGI label, and its benefits. A video room shows the complete cycle of its cultivation, from sowing to marketing. In the large room, braids, as well as local recipes, preserves and even garlic skin sculptures await you. The escapade is all the more pleasant as the Maison de l'Ail is located in the heart of the Lomagnole countryside.

Discover the Tarbais Bean through this cooperative created by farmers and their online store. Thanks to their commitment and their love for the product, the Tarbais bean is the first white bean to have obtained a PGI and a Label Rouge. Today, it is still picked by hand and is praised for its good nutritional values. The producers' tip for successful recipes: never forget to soak them for 12 hours in cold water!

An ambassador for pink garlic, Françoise Carayol is also a specialist in pastel dyeing who passes on her know-how. In her boutique, you'll find a thousand little marvels made with the help of the finest craftsmen: donkey's milk soap, oils and vinegars with the sweet flavors of ginger or rose, garlic cream, perfumed maceration vinegar, fig vinegar, Aphrodite's sweet vinegar for lovers, witches' vinegar, crystallized violet liqueur, poppy syrup, pink garlic liqueur, organic garlic...

In this early produce store, the fruit and vegetables on the shelves come mainly from local producers. As the seasons go by, you'll find green asparagus, melon from Lectoure, garlic from Saint-Clar, kiwis from the Adour... Many restaurants and local authorities buy their produce here. A delicatessen completes the range, as does a cheese counter. Castelfruits puts together colorful, generously-stocked baskets that can be delivered free of charge to the Gers capital. Another shop is located in Pavie.

Fabien Candelon and Nicolas Rico, two childhood friends, set up their organic black garlic factory in 2019. And since then, their small business does not know the crisis. It is 6 tons of garlic heads that come out of the oven each year. They supply themselves exclusively with organic garlic from producers in Lomagne. They have developed a range of products, from whole heads to peeled cloves, including black garlic paste, a mustard and a flavored honey, and even an organic beer made by Jean Brasse. These products are available directly from the lab at the farm.

This typical production of the Tarn is said to be sweet and subtle and its aroma does not attack the taste buds. It is perfect for all dishes, with a fine flavour. This seasoning, which is currently experiencing exceptional excitement, is of course the Rose pink garlic. It has to be said that he has many qualities, as he is also known for his great conservation faculty - he can keep dry from one harvest to another. In fact, it's a stick garlic, which explains its traditional cluster (or manouille) conditioning. Its beautiful colour comes from the fact that the enveloppe envelope is pink veined. Its culture developed from the Middle Ages in the region, until the 1950 s, when farmers decide to highlight this pink gold. A Red Label was obtained in 1966 and, in 1996, the Protected geographical indication of the European bodies. As a consequence of this success, production today reached nearly 800 tons per year and 179 producers cultivate Lautrec rose garlic over 360 hectares. In Lautrec, we celebrate every year, the first Friday in August!

It is in the heart of the gentle countryside of the Gers that the Vergers de Tailhac cultivate walnuts. The company offers walnuts in shell, kernels and oils (walnut oil, linseed oil, etc.). It is possible to come to the farm by calling in advance, and the online shop allows for delivery anywhere in France. Several products from neighbouring producers are also available: foie gras, saffron, Astarac red corn...
