The Dordogne, peaceful and authentic, awaits you for a descent by canoe or kayak! An unmissable trip in the region. On more than 120 km of descent, it offers itself to you as a gift from nature. Safaraid Dordogne, one of the very first canoe rental companies, offers a full range of reservations, by the day or for several days. Canoeing trips can be made from Vayrac or Saint-Sozy. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced canoeist, you will find your course without difficulty.

This multi-activity leisure centre - created by the team of viaduct boatmen - is located at the entrance to Millau. It offers canoeing down the Tarn. For sport lovers, we also offer a via ferrata in the Tarn gorges, stand up paddle on a stretch of water or in the river, but also rental equipment to venture on the via ferrata courses. The Ariège is rich in more than 500 km of watercourses including 400 km practicable and accessible to white water sports. The rivers are classified from 1 to 6 according to the difficulty of the course. In addition, the Rebech white water stadium offers activities encadrées : canoeing, kayaking, rafting, inflatable kayaking and white water swimming.

On the beach of Saint-Antonin, climb on a canoe to enjoy the river and its coolness. It meanders and curves through the greenery of a wild environment. In harmony with nature, the Vartiation Sport Nature base organizes half-day or full-day canoeing and kayaking trips. The descent of the Aveyron is accessible to all from 5 years old. As the possibility of the boat tipping over cannot be totally excluded, it is recommended to know how to swim and to be in good physical condition. At the end of the trip, a shuttle bus will take you back to Saint-Antonin.

Copeyre canoeing is 120 km of descent on the Dordogne to discover its treasures. From Argentat to Beynac, you will navigate through 3 departments with varied landscapes: Corrèze, Lot and Dordogne. Day trips, or hikes over several days, create your own route. Paddles or Giant Paddles (8 people max) available in Copeyre and Gluges. Free bus ride up. Only condition: to be able to swim alone 25 m. Also hire of mountain bikes, mountain bikes and electric bikes. For all rentals, access to the Quercyland water park is offered the same day.

At the nautical base of Moulinquié, you can rent boats, canoes, kayaks, stand up paddle and follow different routes along the Tarn. From the initiation to a several days trip, it is a wonderful way to discover the valley. For the accompanied trips, the prices include the equipment, the daily insurance, the initiation and the return by minibus. It is essential to know how to swim and immerse yourself, to be over 7 years old and to be well equipped.

On the Aveyron and the Viaur, qualified instructors supervise the practice of various water sports: canoeing, kayaking, rafting, paddle and even mountain biking and electrically assisted bicycles, to be practiced along the rivers and on the surrounding slopes. They rent out or supervise groups and individuals in introductory or advanced sessions. The most enthusiastic can be tempted by excursions or multi-activity courses in the area.

Go along the water in a single or two-seater canoe, to discover a preserved nature. At the gates of Toulouse, three routes ranging from 5 to 15 km will be proposed to you. In autonomy, the boats are "sit on top", stable and perfect for family outings. In supervised descent, this activity is also adapted to people with reduced mobility (knowing how to swim). You will cross the Confluence Garonne Ariège Nature Reserve. Be sure to respect certain rules such as wearing a life jacket, or not landing on the islets.

A specialist in canoe kayaking, Les Feet in the Water invites you to discover Aveyron in all its seams. Several hikes are offered on the map, from 10, to days, to be booked in advance. These excursions will allow you to discover the medieval villages of the region, including Bruniquel and Penne. Beginners will be able to begin by renting a boat at the half hour or an hour to get on the water base of the water base before starting on the river.

You can discover, in turn, the fauna and flora, the perched and troglodyte villages, without forgetting to negotiate the numerous "rapids". By combining the two courses, the endurance course will take you over 18 km.
