This 4-star greenway was developed by the municipality of Toulouse for 10 km and then by the Department of Haute-Garonne for 43 km following the towpath of the canal. It is the longest and most beautiful in the region, the first section of an itinerary to Sète, in the shade of large plane trees. Here passes the splendid Véloroute du canal des Deux Mers. Along the way, you can admire the canal's engineering structures, locks and others, and the villages of the Lauragais.

The Fédération de Pêche du Lot has set itself two missions: to manage the heritage of aquatic environments and to promote recreational fishing. In this respect, the Lot Federation is extremely dynamic and has clearly understood the importance of fishing for Lot tourism. The teaching team at the French Ski School in Saint-Lary-Soulan offers a wide range of tailor-made products. Opting to learn with one of the French Ski School's instructors means benefiting from the guidance of a highly qualified educator. During school vacations, group lessons last 2 hours, with variable prices. Please note that only ESF instructors are authorized to issue level certificates.

This area includes a mogul track, the first in the Pyrenees, and is waiting for the most dynamic. Snowboard lovers will also be served with a restructured snow-park, with sound, boardercross and quality modules. This is the high altitude area of Saint-Lary. Always well covered with snow, it is as big as many other resorts in the Pyrenees. At the foot of the Pichhaleye peak (2,626 m), you descend between pine trees and waterfalls and you can discover the lake of Loule in a superb setting. A specialist ensures the maintenance of this place.

At Soum-de-Matte, the view on the massif is exceptional and not to be missed. By the cornice, you can ski to the heart of Espiaube, an area much appreciated by snowboarders and good skiers. This area is part of the Saint-Lary-Soulan ski area, for all skiers, and also promises great sensations to the most athletic, with vertical drops of more than 700 meters continuously. This mountain sport association offers outings for climbing, hiking, canyoning, alpine skiing, trucking. It is a dynamic club that brings together qualified coaches for snowshoe or walking tours, in the Pyrenees, the Alps and even abroad. The tour of the lakes, from late May to early October, offers hikers a memorable experience. They follow the trail to Aubert and Aumar, which starts from the Lac d'Orédon parking lot. Located on the left-hand side of the route des lacs, about 1 km after Orédon, the trail takes less than an hour to reach the first laquette. The hike continues along the GR10 towards Estoudou, before returning to Orédon, the starting point for this trail, which is accessible to all walkers in good physical condition.

Pyrenees Air Passion is a ULM flying school for carmesine and the classes. In this respect, Patrick MILLOT provides the following training: Theoretical training with a view to obtaining the common theoretical review ULM. Practical training with a view to obtaining the ULM CLASSE or THE class patent. Training at the DNC (skill level statement), parachute, aerial photo, surveillance and towing of commercials. Theoretical and practical refresher courses are organized regularly for pilots already patented. Air baptisms are also on the list of activities. Finally, Pyrenees Air Passion offers a wide range of aerial works (aerial photos, monitoring and entertainment). Pyrenees Air Passion is approved by the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

If you're looking for originality, you've come to the right place! Marc Dequidt creates and composes religious and decorative stained glass, and also works glass into objects and furniture. All styles are present, from antique to design, even futuristic, and lamps, mirrors and coffee tables are mounted with lead and soldered with tin. An experienced monitor, he will be happy to welcome you to discover the subtleties of paragliding in a tandem flight or to introduce you to the different techniques of takeoff, master's degree in wind and various walks of ground. Each internship is very complete since it includes a practical part and a theoretical part. The maximum number of pupils is set at seven. Christophe and his entire team prepare you for the pilot patent, the tandem qualification and lead you to the competition. They adapt to your level. You will have no routing problems because the sites are easy to access, they range from 300 to 2 200 m and transportation to take-off sites is ensured by the School of Paragliding. For the little ones, learning to ski will be done through games and in a good mood with the mini piou club. Group and individual lessons are available from the age of 4. Older children can follow these group lessons and at the end of the stay, take the tests. Adults can also be tempted by ski touring or off-piste skiing at Bernazaou, with a difference in altitude of 1,250 m. The school also offers handiskiing: an individualized and adapted teaching formula, with some instructors speaking sign language.

The great quality of this golf course, flat with a view of the Pyrenees, is that it allows everyone to express themselves according to their handicap. Planted with 4,500 trees, the site is exceptional for its natural beauty which reveals the Pic du Midi on a clear day. La Baraque is a contemporary dance company based in Toulouse. Beginners or experienced dancers, it is the pleasure of dancing to discover and practice that brings together the members of the Club de danses d'Occitanie et d'ailleurs de Tournefeuille one Tuesday per month. The association proposes to learn the numerous dances that can be found in traditional balls all over France, but especially those more specific to the Occitanie region: rondeaux, bourrées, béarmais jumps... To practice, a ball open to all is organized once a quarter.

The Stade de Sapiac is home to the players and supporters of Union Sportive Montalbanaise. In the professional world of Pro D2 for several years, the club reached this level by beating Massy in the Fédérale 1 final in 2014, thus becoming one of the few clubs champion in the top 3 national divisions. This 5.5 km urban trail allows you to discover different aspects of the town of Gaillac. From Saint-Michel Abbey, it descends towards the river to follow the banks of the Tarn. The city seems far away! The Hortalisse district, with its maze of paths leading from garden to garden, tells the story of the market gardeners who, until the ^mid-20th century, supplied the surrounding markets. The walk ends at the river Tarn and the prosperous old port.

For accomplished sportsmen or lovers of new thrills, the park is located in the heart of the Aveyron gorges below the Bône cirque, on the river bank, along hiking trails and climbing routes. More than seventy workshops to discover on the six courses adapted to all levels of difficulty, and including zip lines, free fall and tree climbing. This exceptional setting is environmentally friendly, as Parc Aventure has signed the Natura 2000 charter. For all ages and levels, but just for fun.

Tempted by a glider flight? It is possible from the age of fourteen! To do so, contact this gliding club a few days before your arrival and treat yourself to an introductory flight lasting about thirty minutes! After the briefing on the ground with the pilot (presentation of the airfield and the glider), it's take-off behind the tow plane! The spot is splendid, discover the forest massif of the Montagne Noire in an unforgettable way.

Solomiac offers beautiful hikes in its surroundings, with notably the Pigeonniers trail or the Gimone trail. The 17 different routes allow you to enjoy the beauty of the Gers countryside and its bucolic panoramas. Hiking maps can be obtained from the Mauvezin Tourist Office or from the Solomiac town hall, which has financed a wonderful educational booklet allowing children to discover the banks of the Gimone.

Discovery trail of the Gimone. This trail is 1.7 km to 3 km long and is ideal to walk with children. Designed by the association Arbre et Paysage 32, it was financed by the Community of Communes. An educational booklet accompanies the trail and allows the youngest to become familiar with nature. Explanations, games, anecdotes allow to approach different themes: water, soil, fauna, flora, biotope, ecosystem and sustainable development. The games were created by students from the schools of Solomiac and Sarrant. The booklet, free of charge, can be picked up at the town hall of Solomiac or in the Tourist Offices. The map of the path can be downloaded from the commune's website.

Randonnée des Pigeonniers. This 14 km loop is for adults or cyclists. It crosses the countryside surrounding Solomiac and will lead you to the discovery of the pigeon houses, emblematic of the culture of the South-West. You can also see windmills and enjoy a superb panorama. The circuit is described in detail on the commune's website.

Try paragliding, that's what the Surf'Air school offers. Approved by the French Federation of Free Flight, it organizes first flights and tandem courses, accessible from the age of 12. It is in Arbas, on the Pyrenean Piedmont, a protected and still wild sector, particularly adapted to the practice. Various formulas are available: a 15 minute discovery flight, a 25 minute emotional flight or a 40 minute flight. A great gift idea to discover the region in a different way!

A water park in Ariège? And why not? The Ariège is cold in winter, mountains oblige but can be hot in summer. So, on Lake de la Ginestière, there is a beautiful installation of playgrounds, obstacles to cross, giant slides, and even catapults! Small and not so small and even bigger will have fun in these inflatable games for inflated adventures. For calm weather, we will recommend a stand-up paddle, a kind of extremely stable surfboard on which you stand and the help of paddles allows you to move around. STELVISION is a valuable resource for astronomy beginners. Created in 2008 by Toulouse-based space engineer Bertrand d'Armagnac, the site offers practical advice on choosing equipment and finding your way around the night sky. The famous Stelvision 365 rotating celestial chart, designed by Bertrand, is a very useful tool. The site also offers simplified ephemerides and a telescope simulator to visualize celestial objects according to their diameter. STELVISION, with its online store offering publishing products and observation equipment, is a true reference for astronomy enthusiasts.

The surroundings of Carbonne are rich in water bodies developed in former gravel pits. It is on one of them that La Source Wake Park is installed, a complex which offers a small water ski lift course, an aqua park with inflatables, paddleboat rental, playgrounds and finally a restaurant. Please note that swimming is not allowed outside the areas that have been secured for underwater activities, nor is it possible to have a picnic. Book a refreshing session on the facilities offered.

The Natura Game park is located in the heart of the Toulouse countryside. You can spend a beautiful day in the fresh air while practicing fun activities, accessible to the whole family. Copeyre canoeing is 120 km of descent on the Dordogne to discover its treasures. From Argentat to Beynac, you will navigate through 3 departments with varied landscapes: Corrèze, Lot and Dordogne. Day trips, or hikes over several days, create your own route. Paddles or Giant Paddles (8 people max) available in Copeyre and Gluges. Free bus ride up. Only condition: to be able to swim alone 25 m.
