This yoga center is hidden under a porch away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in a place dedicated to well-being and inner work. You enter a perfectly zen space, the colors relaxing, the room luminous. The Mouna center offers a vast choice of classes, taught by a wide range of instructors: hata yoga for postural work, yoga nidra for deep relaxation, Madras yoga for yoga adapted to each individual, Tibetan-inspired yoga to improve perception... Some classes are designed for a specific audience: prenatal yoga, mother-baby yoga, children's yoga or women's yoga, to accompany personal events that can weaken femininity. Depending on your tastes and expectations, you also have the opportunity to practice disciplines such as Pilates, Qi Qong or meditation. We also offer training courses.

In Cauterets, we know even more than elsewhere, that water is vital. The famous mountain village is renowned for its know-how in the field of thermalism: its naturally warm sulfurous waters, reinforced by a tonic and invigorating climate, offer a health complement. The reputation of the village dates back to the 19th century, when Victor Hugo, Alfred de Vigny, George Sand and Chateaubriand came to this Pyrenean valley to treat their ailments. Since then, the thermal baths have welcomed about 6,000 people every year. The health recovery is done in a setting conducive to relaxation and in this restful environment, where the pure air is incomparable, you benefit from respiratory tract-ORL and rheumatology cures, adults and children, but also more specific cures focused on fibromyalgia or the new Pleine Santé cure to preserve health and age better. Bee Yoga is a unique experience. This original two-day, two-night course offers a unique and magical interaction with bees. Trainees first learn to approach the hives without protective equipment, allowing direct contact with the bees. The program, orchestrated by Catherine Flurin, includes meditation, a vegan diet, nights out among the hives and practical workshops with the bees. An immersive experience for a greater openness to nature.

Aquensis offers a sumptuous setting to enjoy the benefits of thermal water. It is the site where you will find a very complete offer related to relaxation and fitness. It is one of the most innovative of all the thermoludic establishments. Located in a beautiful renovated building of fin de siècle style, emblematic of the golden age of thermal cures, its masterly wooden vault overlooks the indoor pool. With the Aquapass, you have free access to the relaxation area, and its large pool equipped with swan necks, water curtains, and jets, but also to the Moroccan-inspired hammam, and to the tea room, with its lounge spirit. Two Finnish saunas are located on the outdoor terrace alongside vast whirlpools. You will be immersed in a steam bath of thermal water at a temperature varying between 38 and 42 °C. The Luchon Forme et Bien-être Center gives access to a swimming pool fed by thermal water at a temperature of around 34°C. The spa is beautifully integrated into the majestic surroundings of Toy country, near the Duchesse de Berry borehole spring, whose water gushes out of the earth at 33°C. Naturally warm, the water is alkaline, sulfated and bicarbonated, with the presence of silicates, calcium, potassium, chlorides and sodium. Cures are recognized for the treatment of circulatory, venous and lymphatic problems, ENT disorders and gynecological problems.

Directly linked to the Mercure Saint-Lary hotel, Sensoria Rio boasts an incredible, original setting. Just a stone's throw from the old village, in a magnificent park, it is the largest wellness center in the Pyrenees. The Argelès-Gazost spa has gained a reputation that has crossed the borders of the Hautes Pyrenees. Le Clos des Lucioles is perched at an altitude of 700 meters, in the heart of the Parc Régional du Haut Languedoc.
