A club evolving in Pro B, JL has many fans. It must be said that the club played in Pro A of 2000 - when he won the French Championship - at 2007, with a final of the Aces Week in 2006. Since then, he has been regularly involved with the wheel-offs and therefore hopes to see them go back to the top category.

But JL is also, since 1937, a amateur section with 20 women's and men's teams spread over all age categories, from babies to senior citizens through a recreational team, more than 300 licensees.

At the heart of the club's concerns, the training centre is accredited by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The mini-basketball school ensures the initiation and development of more than 60 children between the ages of 4 and 10.

The stadium Marcel Craft owes his name in memory of a player whose tragic accident entered the history of the club. Craft died on 24 September 1937 after a violent plaquage in front of Oyonnax.

Nicknamed the purple cauldron, the encounters are now more happy, especially during the last season that saw the club finish Federal 1 champion and validate its ticket for Pro D 2.

Since 1959, the Seb has been dedicated to making horse riding accessible to all, including through the formation of riders of all ages. Initiation, development, internships, preparation of federal exams… The club has two dozen ponies and so many horses, 4,5 ha to two steps from the Seillon forest, with two quarries, an Olympic armoury, a boardwalk and a cross route.
The Seb is also an owner's team, with pension opportunities for horses and ponies, the preparation of equidae, the development of their sports performances and a competitive framework.

Opened in 1990, the Golf de la Sorelle has been taken over in 2014 by a new team enchanted by the place. And how could you fail to fall for this dreamlike setting in Dombes only 40 minutes away from Lyon town centre: the green course where water (what with Dombes and all) is present; history and heritage which are also present with the 13th Century Chateau de Richemont opposite the first hole and; one of the last poypes (local fortified castle) of Ain at the 12th hole. It is a splendid hilly and woody course of 18 holes par 72 (5 777 metres) accessible to as many people as possible. In some way, it is a "high class" golf in a rural area where each player can take his time to play (great gaming comfort) at his own pace to be really happy. The Morzine aquatic center welcomes residents and vacationers, schools and clubs in the Dérêches domain, at the foot of the mountains, in a bucolic and relaxing environment. Accessible in all seasons, it has a complete indoor and outdoor infrastructure: indoor sports pool, outdoor Olympic pool, leisure pools, paddling pool, saunas and steam rooms, slide. Visitors can come and relax on the deckchairs, enjoy the solarium and picnic areas. Activities and swimming lessons all year round.

Since 1983, squash club welcomes you! Gilles Defours, owner since 2009, has put everything in place to make you feel good. The decor is flash and the rooms are very pleasant. For sport itself, you will be able to give it to the heart: six squash fields with a beech parquet, for a maximum rebound of the ball. The club also has two badminton fields, and offers courses with a teacher with a state patent for those wishing to improve. If the equipment is missing, a shop is at your disposal to buy snowshoes, ball or wheel, shoe… at best price. Between two parties, take the time to restore yourself to the dining room where every day you are offered a dish of the day to combine sport with a greedy break or relax in the living room or on the shaded terrace…

Lovers of aquatic leisure activities, you will be served! This water sports centre offers all kinds of activities: slides, aquagliss for relaxation and games, but also more classic swimming with a fitness club, not forgetting relaxation with a whirlpool bath, relaxation garden and solar amphitheatre. From the end of September to the end of May, you can practice aqua gym or aquafitness at no extra cost. Play areas for the little ones. A long closed circuit that reopened its doors in 2005 for our great pleasure. Many formulas for fun alone or in teams, between adults or with younger ones.

At the gateway to Lyon - 15 minutes from the city center, easy access - and close to Bron airport and Eurexpo, the Blue Green Grand Lyon Chassieu golf course offers an astonishing green setting in the metropolitan area. An 18-hole course (par 70, 5,900 m), with high rough and greens defended by deep bunkers. Long holes to be approached with caution! Just outside town, towards Alby, you'll find a stretch of water with large green spaces, a pleasant escape from the summer heat. This leisure park has been classified as an LPO (Ligue pour la Protection des Oiseaux - League for the Protection of Birds) refuge. You can picnic, cycle, go-kart and eat at the snack bar. A play area is available for children (under parental supervision). Fishing is permitted in the designated areas, subject to certain conditions and times.

From May to mid September, a paragliding school to discover, initiate, advance or train. Flights make you discover the valley and mountains from a different angle. Try after a bi-place flight, an initiation over 3 days for beginners and another 3 days to go further. Think of hot clothes and rising shoes and a medical certificate for paragliding practice. Arches in Heaven also offers mountain sports, live water, via ferrata, canyoning… Technical clothing and sports equipment available at the store.

Karting on outdoor tracks that are frozen in winter and scorching hot in summer is a thing of the past. Green Kart brings karting back to life. Just 2 minutes from Grenoble, this indoor track gives us the impression of a real little car circuit on its two levels - yes, you go up and down a ramp - for a total circuit length of 500 m. A new-generation track featuring 270 ^cm3 SODI karts running on bioethanol, for a thrilling ride. This torrent, which crosses the Ecrins National Park in an exceptional setting, will make you discover the delights of sliding in its waters. A plant maze laid out in a 3-hectare cornfield for family fun in the hills above Charmes-sur-Rhône, on the outskirts of a farm. Look for the exit and find the answer to the riddles... The theme changes every year: dragons, princesses in peril or the underwater world... The fun tour lasts around 2 hours. At the end of the tour, you can quench your thirst with apple, pear, apricot or cherry juice by the glass or liter. Bring bottled water with you in summer, as finding the exit can sometimes take longer than expected!

The Plan d'Eau du Duzon is especially lively in summer, during the festivities organized there in July. Swimming is not permitted. However, many local residents and tourists enjoy the refreshing waters of the Duzon river. Parents can relax in the shade of the poplars or in the warm sunshine, while children can enjoy the playground. There are picnic tables, a parking lot, public toilets, a volleyball court and, from June to September, a fast-food restaurant.

Below the pretty village of Saint-Martial, isolated in the mountains on the edge of the Ardèche plateau, this artificial lake not only enjoys an enchanting location, but is also very well equipped. The 2-hectare lake is more intimate than impressive. The beach and activity base, as well as the campsite and picnic area, are on the opposite side of the lake from the road, and can be reached via small paths that also make for a pleasant stroll. It will take you about an hour to walk around the lake.

This inter-communal facility houses a sports pool, a leisure area and a spa/fitness area. Here is a leisure and pleasure center with indoor pools, outdoor pools with a double slide and aquatic activities: counter-current, blower, aquagym, aquatonic, aquajogging... The 9-hole course (par 36 of 2,930 m) was designed by the architect Hugues Lambert in 1992. Located at an altitude of 1,780 m, the course was designed on 45 hectares of alpine pastures and forests, on a plateau with a moderate difference in level. Of modest length, it includes some bunkers and water obstacles. Note the magnificent views of the surrounding mountains, which can be a source of distraction and slow play in season. Fast food in the club house and pro shop.

Depending on your time, level and expectations, you can take the 18-hole course or opt for very professional courses to discover or improve your skills. Located on the crest of the Chavannes plateau, in the heart of the Chablais Geopark, the 18-hole course spreads out evenly and flatly between fir trees, maples and birches. This summit situation offering magnificent landscapes is enough to break the concentration. On hole 4, you can see the nearby Lake Geneva region. On hole 5, two water obstacles where deer come to quench their thirst. At hole 14, you can see the Mont Blanc. Relaxation at the golf restaurant. This eco-golf course was the first in France to receive environmental certification.

Among the modes of urban travel in Lyon, the bicycle is largely in the lead for our personal well-being and the speed of our journeys on the dedicated lanes. But it's all well and good to want to ride a bike, but you still have to do it in style and efficiency. The Saint-Paul 2003 space opened in 1984 has given way to the new aquatic center L'Odyssée'O, a beautiful modern space with a total surface area of 3,500 m² with a sports pool of 6 lanes and 25 m long and a 200 m² activity pool equipped with bubbling benches, swan necks, water cannons, counter-current swimming system, paddling pool and Pentagliss. There is also a wellness area with sauna and steam room. In the fitness room, group classes are scheduled.

Parc Aventura or Bois Déjanté, this leisure area is located on 5 hectares of greenery on the banks of the Galaure river. On the ground or in the air, you have the choice of fun activities and circuits. On the menu: a hundred workshops in the canopy or on the ground, 9 courses in the trees, a giant zip line. There are dedicated activities for the little ones and for the more athletic ones as well. The discovery trail on the banks includes a health trail and a botanical circuit. Who could Lake Annecy, known as " navigation and sailing rather than driving. It has that is 1977 created the Circle of Sailing at Sévrier, affiliated with the French Sailing Federation. Discover sailing and improvement leisure and "Sailing School", especially in July and August for holidaymakers, so the youngest guests discover the joys of sailing. Then focus on the lower and technical part of the course, in the middle of oaks, beeches and poplars. The Eau Morte river is waiting for you, especially at hole 17. It is here that the moment of truth for the end of the course takes place. Les Castors, a 9-hole par 33 course of 2,215 m, completes this equipment. The club-house is located in an old coppersmith's workshop built in 1804.

It is in free access but classified difficult. One via ferrata that derives its name from the waterfall flowing through this place, fed by the torrent of the Glière. Starting from the Bieux area, then follow signs indicating "Cascade of the Fresh" and climbing school. It takes 1 hour to 1 hour 30 rise. A short walk, but it will pass through impressive stretches of road. Wonderful sensations and landscapes will be at the meeting. Partir is imperative.

Founded in Lyon in 1979, the Académie de Ballet Nini Theilade is celebrating its 45th anniversary this year. This internationally renowned school specializes in classical dance, but all dances are important to it: modern jazz, contemporary, character, baroque... Supervised at all levels by caring, state-certified teachers, children and adults alike thrive in every discipline. Registration opens in May. Possibility of dance-study from ^6th to 12th grade. International workshop every summer and not-to-be-missed show at the Bourse du Travail.

In a vast covered building of 4,500^m2, each quarter you will discover a different track, always secured by the presence of real professionals and the latest generation of protective barriers. This means that you can really enjoy yourself at the wheel of the little 270cc 4-stroke cars. While it turns on the circuit, we launch other challenges with "Icombat" in laser game mode or the Archery Tag to shoot each other with bows and arrows. Built in a gravel pit in the Saône, this ten-hectare lake is bordered by lawns and a sandy beach for sunbathing and family fun. During the summer season, from 10am to 7pm, you can swim under the supervision of qualified lifeguards. A snack bar serves snacks and fast food to get your strength back between two swims or activities. A fitness trail and beach volleyball courts provide variety. Fishing is also possible. Relaxation and freshness guaranteed.

Crossed by the GR 73 in the direction of Gerbier-de-Rush, the village of Sagnes-et-Goudoulet can serve as a final step before admiring the springs of the Loire. After taking some information from the village's inhabitants, you will be set up on a bottle or will leave through the «sagnes» to meet a country of full nature. Just a word to tell you about the Padelle - small river - and the small stone bridge for trout fishing.

Pleasant hiking in summer or winter. Drive by car in France (by passing through Allevard and Pinsot). Take the path that climbs towards the south and leads to the beautiful plateau on which the different lakes of the massif are scattered. Depending on time you can turn around 1, 2, 3 or… n lakes. The refuge is kept. Of course you can spend the night if you want to enjoy this splendid site, or make one of the following ascents.

The municipal swimming pool of Pralognan-la-Vanoise, a village in the heart of the Vanoise National Park, is open in season, allowing holidaymakers and visitors to vary their leisure activities during their stay. This swimming pool has a 25-metre pool, a paddling pool, a play area and a slide. Swimming lessons are possible, as well as aquagym sessions on reservation and with supplement. Something to please the whole family.
