Concerts in August. A centrepiece of cultural life, the Apple-en-Forez site has a strong tradition of musical production (concerts, recordings…) and a dynamic of growing recovery. The church has been able to retain its device of acoustic vases so that both the avertis and the occasional amateurs of concerts are of by the acoustic quality. It arouses a lot of enthusiasm from all renowned professional musicians.

The 11 th edition of Pérouges Spring will take place from May 26 th to June 25 th. The festival Spring de Pérouges-Plaine de l'Ain was born in October 1996. Its main objective was the valorisation and animation of the heritage sites of the city, including the medieval city of Pérouges, but also other prestigious sites such as some private castles in the vicinity of Pérouges, the Priory of Blyes, etc. The festival also brings an original value for industrial sites. Concerts were held at the TGV train STATION of Lyon Saint-Exupéry, the Boules de Saint-Vulbas, the Mill gin… A mix of rhythm and places to honour music.

Begun in 1980 at the instigation of the Art and Music Association, the Music Festival of Ambronay wins every year. Based on a repertoire based on ancient and baroque music from the th to the th century on instruments of the th century, the festival takes place in September and October in an optional framework such as the Ambronay Abbey or the Parlement Parliament (some representations also at the Maurice Ravel Auditorium in Lyon). Rendez-vous rock'n roll and rockabilly fans, Good '' Tonight festival celebrates 10 years in 2012. Jack Scott, Sleepy La Beef, Hayden Thompson, Sonny West & Tommy Allsup, Johnny Farina… For the occasion, it spans five days and hosts a dozen artists and singers in the United States, including five pioneers of the 1950 s, as well as about twenty French and European groups. The public, faithful, comes from across the country, but also from Holland, Germany or Italy.

For over 10 years, this festival has been delighting lovers of Baroque music. Located in Saint-Bonnet-le-Château and the surrounding villages, it offers the chance to enjoy the great Baroque works performed by prestigious musicians. The various concerts take on a variety of forms, either in unusual locations or on walks. Prices are very affordable.

What better way to liven up a village than with a festival combining music and street art? The streets of Saint-Gervais are transformed into a veritable stage. Artists turn the public space into a giant festival, with music, street dance, theater, comedians and numerous street performances, each more eccentric than the last. For music lovers, there's something for everyone on the dance floor in the heart of the village: soul, funk, blues, pop, DJ, jazz, rock, electro-swing and street bands...

An extraordinary festival in an extraordinary place. An electronic music festival held in the gardens of the Musée Dauphinois. It's early summer, it's hot (no changing rooms, so dress accordingly) and you want to dance to the sounds of DJ sets that go on until nightfall. There's plenty to eat and drink, and plenty of dancing and fun to be had on a dancefloor set in an incredible setting at the foot of the Bastille.

The BWd12 festival, which takes place every year in the green theatre of the Château de Saint-Victor, is the best way to discover chamber music in a spirit of pleasure. The amphitheatre is a perfect venue for this event because of its size, acoustics, visibility and magnificent views of the Loire. All the conditions are there to listen, play and share music. For the past 12 years, this event has become a must for summer evenings in the Loire Gorges.

The aim of this association is to promote and teach gospel music throughout the year through workshops of vocal practice of contemporary and traditional works of blues and soul music. Every year the Absolute Gospel Festival is organised in Lyon, in which many great names of the scene take part.

The festival Les Oreilles en Pointe has been in existence for almost 30 years, it is the oldest song event in the Saint-Etienne region. Concerts scattered over several communes and halls in Ondaine are organised. The festival is focused on the discovery of new talent. More than 570 artists have performed here, workshops and festive events around the concerts are offered. This event highlights little-known or poorly known artists. Winter FestiGrat's in Praz-de-Lys-Sommand is an open-air music event offering free concerts on the ski slopes. Spectators can enjoy the music while admiring the view of Mont Blanc. It's the perfect opportunity to spend some unforgettable family time together. In summer, FestiGrat's also offers free concerts during family outings. During the winter season, the office is open daily from 10am to 12:15pm and 2pm to 5:30pm during school vacations, and weekdays from 10am to 12pm and weekends from 10am to 12:15pm and 2pm to 5:30pm outside school vacations.
