Maxime Dupé offers individuals and professionals the opportunity to make their own beer directly in his brewing workshop. From the recipe to the label, customize your beer from A to Z. You will have the choice between different adapted formulas: brewing of a beer, zythology course, tasting of beers from regional microbreweries, and you will choose a personalized label. For even more conviviality, Maxime offers the option of a cheese and charcuterie board from the farm. A great adventure!

Secrets d'Abbayes is a beer cellar that offers regional products and beers from around the world. There are more than 300 regional and Belgian references, but also Danish, American, Swedish,... Blonde, brown, red and white beers! The place is run by a beer enthusiast who is always ready to give good advice. Beer evenings are organized there or concerts with tasting. The beer bar allows a tasting on the spot accompanied by artisanal sausages, if not you can offer a basket garnished that we can design to measure.

Here, golden blondes, amber, brown and special limited edition beers are produced all year round. Michel Dequidt and his wife welcome you in a tastefully refurbished hangar. It is divided into two parts: the one where he receives his visitors and the one where he creates beers with character. Sometimes, the border disappears when he organizes brewing workshops, open to all. He sells his best recipes, but also local products cooked with his beers.

Building on its success, Restaurant Félicie extends its fiefdom with its immense and sumptuous "Maison des Bienheureux". Here, you'll find culinary-themed rooms for unforgettable nights, Félicie's delicious dishes, a bar open all day long for atmosphere and gourmet delights, and a well-stocked cellar with several hundred bottles of different wines and spirits. All carefully selected by Agnès, they are presented to you during free tastings every Sunday, and of course available on the discovery-filled menu!

The Waale microbrewery was born of the conversion of Andrzej Burzynski, a former IT specialist who dreamed of creating his own beer, with the support of his family and friends. The result is a magnificent production, whose star recipe is a light, slightly carbonated triple amber called Waale (a reference to Wasquehal, the ale and the "Whale" whale in the logo). Its little sisters (Waale blonde and IPA, Squaal blonde and triple) as well as more ephemeral ranges complete the global offer perfectly adapted to the different seasons of this craft brewery.

The inhabitants of Cassel are not a little proud! Since 2016, they finally have their local beer. And this amber nectar honors its birthplace since it bears the name of Bière du Reuze, the name of the famous giant of the city of course! At the origin of this beautiful project is Anthony Debailleul, a young passionate brewer. But what is this beer from Cassel like? It is blond, slightly sweet, and based on barley, malt and hops from Flanders that the brewer has carefully selected. And to find out more, don't hesitate to pay a visit.

For the little anecdote, you should know that the "berguenard" first designates the umbrella carried by the giant of the city of Bergues and by extension the inhabitants of the latter. You will have understood, here we prefer local products, and this since 1985 ! The team will be able to guide you and help you choose the wine, the rum or the whisky that suits you. The cellar also offers a very large choice of digestives, beers and tasty regional sweets. The little extra? A drive and a home delivery system. A good address in Bergen!

In March 2023, Michaël Assadi and Aurélie Boniface opened this beer shop which already offers more than five hundred references of local, regional and of course Belgian beers: L'Intemporelle (Wailly), la Paysanne de l'Artois (Gavrelle), soon La Rivière. Regional beers with Page 24 and its derivatives, Anosteke, Léonce (Lille), PVL, Saint-Glinlin, but also many Belgian beers, from Malheur to La Corne du Bois des Pendus. And some more "exotic" beers like this Choulette... with carrots, or this brown beer with chocolate at 11º!

Sébastien Verbeke and Alexis Cardot, founders of the cooperative brewery HUB (Hoppy Urban Brew), opened their premises on February 8, 2020. A nice consecration for these passionate people, willing to produce differently, respecting people and the environment. Until then, they brewed in a mobile way, but this did not prevent them from producing amazing recipes, the most famous of which is of course the Transition, a sustainable lager, rewarded in 2021 by a silver medal at the France Bière Challenge. A consecration!

Set up on 1 500 m² in the heart of the Cité Europe, this concept store is dedicated to wines, beers and spirits. From the French Grand Cru Classé to the strongest beer in the world, and including wines from all over the world. The choice is vast and sometimes surprising. But Terre de Boissons is also a real bar, where sommeliers offer you 16 draught beers, wines and spirits. You can add to your beverage a board or local products to spread. Finally, training courses in wine, beer and whisky are given every week by specialists.

With a catalog brimming with almost 1,500 little marvels, La Cave is one of Lille's top addresses for finding a good drink to celebrate an occasion. Flore (semi-finalist in the national competition for the best wine merchants) organizes tastings and other types of workshops to discover their best varietals, cognacs and whiskies, sometimes in the presence of prestigious brands. Champagnes and beers are not to be outdone, with ranges featuring references from the best French producers and local breweries.

The Thiriez brewery is a family brewery and authentic, natural and secret. The recipes of the beers have been the same for years, which gives the products a real constancy. All year round, you can visit this brewery where you can discover all, or almost all, of the secrets of beer making, its ingredients and its know-how. Tasting is of course a must and takes place in a real Flemish estaminet setting. The shop also offers regional products to accompany your beer.

Anchored in the regional tradition since 1895, the Brasserie la Choulette is one of the oldest breweries in the region, with the Dhaussy family at its head since 1977. They started brewing beer at the end of the 19th century with a steam brewery. Several members of the family succeeded one another until its closure in 1951. It wasn't until 1977 that Alphonse and Alain relaunched the crazy bet of making top fermentation beers for laying down. Today, the influence of the brewery goes beyond the borders. You will tell us about it!

It was a crazy challenge that the heirs of the Motte-Cordonnier family set themselves, but after tasting their "René", we can say that it was met with flying colors! What are we talking about? Beer of course! Here, we have been brewers since 1752 and, since 2018, 15 members of the family have joined forces to relaunch the activity and perpetuate this tradition of local and artisanal brewing. Their first-born is the "René", a tasty and light blonde. A successful challenge!

This microbrewery now occupies a former spinning mill. With the "Héritage Bière" label awarded to craft breweries, the place is open from Thursday to Saturday. Here you can discover the secrets behind the brewery's successful ranges: La Grange and Mr Houblon... After your visit, head to the bar to enjoy a cold beer with a board or burger. And don't forget that the brewery also offers beer taps for hire, so you can enjoy the flavours of their draught beers right in your own home!

At Inter Caves Croix, you'll find a generous assortment of French and foreign wines, champagnes and other bubbles, a wide choice of whiskies, rums and spirits from all over the world, a fine selection of quality BiBtainers in 3, 5 and 10-liter sizes, an abundance of local and foreign craft beers, and the possibility of renting fountains equipped with 20/30-liter kegs, as well as 6-liter Perfect Draft kegs. Ze Zoet is the story of Antoine and Émilien, two childhood friends from the Lille metropolis, who meet around a common passion: beer. At the end of 2019, they create Ze Zoet, a craft and local beer, which they brew at the Hardy microbrewery, located in Quesnoy-sur-Deûle. Today, three beers are available: Ze Zoet blonde, Ze Zoet rosé and Ze Zoet IPA. It is possible to order the beer by sending a message on their Instagram account and have it delivered in the Lille Metropolis.

Antoine Gobrecht takes pleasure in delighting beer lovers at his craft brewery. Eager to share the secrets of his hoppy beverages, he warmly presents his 2 tasty ranges. His Premium 104 range includes a powerful triple, an IPA and a pale ale. His LIL range includes (among others) a light, refreshing lager, as well as a non-alcoholic version that won the France Bière Challenge for the third year running! An exceptional production that he improves with each new brew.

As its name indicates, here we brew beer made in Roubaix! Within the collective, there are two excellent microbreweries: the Brasserie du Pinthus and the Malt à Propos breweries. Welcome to Cambier, urban brewery of craft beers. Its creator, Jean-Christophe Cambier, an agricultural engineer by training, has a passion for the brewing tradition and a love of contact with the public. This is why he organizes numerous tasting sessions accompanied by visits to the production facilities. It is here that he produces Mongy, named after the founder of the Lille tramway! Mongy is available in a variety of flavours, from lager to IPA. The Cambier range offers limited edition beers.

The Noyon Brewery of the 2 Capes is located between the Capes Blanc-Nez and Gris-Nez. In 2003, Christophe Noyon, an agricultural engineer, started the adventure within the family property of Tardinghen, the farm of Belle Dalle. The brewery has found its place in the old stables, while the store is housed in the old stable. The beers are mainly produced with the barley harvested on the domain. During your visit, you will be able to taste the whole range. New : the Warcove whisky, made in Côte d'Opale.

Its team of passionate people will guide you with talent to associate your choice of wine with flavors or festive moments thanks to their fine knowledge of the grape varieties and producers they propose. In addition to its more than 2,000 wine references, this cellar also offers a large selection of the best spirits (mainly whiskies, rums, gins). They also offer beer taps and equipment rental for your festive occasions.

An exceptional brewer to discover as soon as possible!

You can't get much more local than Ferme des Mottes' beers, since they are made from the farm's own barley! From being a former amateur brewer, Bertrand Coustenoble has become a talented craftsman-brewer, who advocates 100% natural brewing. Blonde, brown, amber or saffron, there is something for everyone! The Farm also offers very convivial visits and workshops to discover the cultivation of barley and to learn how to make beer the traditional way, followed by a tasting of course!

Between Lumbres, Licques and Desvres, in the heart of a land rich in flavours, go and visit the Wint farm. The Leduc family produces many quality products, including excellent ciders, apple juice and various cheeses. Everything comes from their orchard and dairy farm and everything has been organic since 1998! And for the gourmets, it is always good to know that the cider jelly is absolutely divine on pancakes... La ferme du Wint is part of the France Passion and Bienvenue à la ferme networks.

The traditional and artisanal distillery of Houlle, awarded at the 2019 World Gin Awards with the title of "best jenever in the world", is one of only two remaining genevereries in France. This brandy, typical of the Hauts-de-France region, is made from a subtle blend of cereals flavoured with juniper berries. It has been made in the same way since 1812: from the granary to the sandstone jug, through the still and the oak barrel, you can follow the steps of distillation during the guided tour and a small tasting.

The historical brewery produces the 3 Monts, which every good northerner knows for its strong character, as well as the Houthakker (range of HPA beers) and the Du Moulin (lighter beers). These beers are consumed everywhere and have acquired an international reputation! You will find them in the store along with various products and gift boxes. The Champagne Terroir Expérience association is made up of 10 independent winegrowers who share their passion for 100% terroir champagnes made with respect for nature and tradition, and open the doors of their boutique in Vieux-Lille. Over 100 references, a fine selection of wines (succulent whites and flat reds), and some unusual drinks (such as ratafia made from macerated grapes) await you.
