Thanks to its professional dance and percussion instructors, the Alipha association is committed to sharing the different cultures of Africa, from their deepest traditions to the most contemporary, as well as their development within European culture. You'll discover traditional West African steps mixed with more contemporary ones to create a spectacular choreography.

They borrow sometimes from the tradition, but they are firmly anchored in modernity and echo social reality. They are popular dances as one likes, in the direction where they express all the creativity and the artistic boiling which is born and opens out in the middle of the cities, in Africa (Western and Center), in the Caribbean and Brazil. They energetic, enduring, are jerked and swayed. They leave free with the creativity.
Because all the idea here is to connect with energy from the ground, to relax your body and spirit, through dance, dance with its heart, let yourself go, liberation its sensuality!

Now installed in its own space since September 2011, Artistik Studio, facilitated by Amélie Dufrénois, offers classical, contemporary dance courses to all audiences, children (from 4 years old) to adults. 

The Topin-Hutteau dance school is located in Le Quesnoy, in the Nord region of France. It offers ballroom dance classes such as rock, waltz, tango and more. Classes are taught by André and Paule Topin, AMDF dance masters and FFSD experts. The school has over 1000 students and is renowned for the quality of its teaching. The teachers are qualified professionals, some with recognized international careers. The school is well organized, with one student per level and a specialized program.

Schedule of meetings according to dances. Eric Salingue's dance school and his team of graduate teachers are not only interested in rock but all of the current couple's dances or not, from the slow waltz to tango and salsa. The courses are collective and separated into skill levels. L'Improvisible is a contemporary dance school in Lille. It offers courses for adults all year round, with the exception of vacation periods. Timetables vary according to level and day of the week. Course fees vary according to duration, with reduced rates for students and RSA recipients. It is advisable to contact the school before taking part in a course.

Dansa2 is a dance club located in Marquette-en-Ostrevant. It offers rock, ballroom and Latin dance classes. Classes are held at Salle Jean Lefebvre, rue Emile Zola. Classes are taught by qualified dance masters. The club's website is also available for further information.
