This is how the menu now offers, in addition to a beautiful choice of galettes (welsh galette frites, super Texas galette, smoked salmon...), a salad with smoked herring fillets over a wood fire, warm apples, a wing of hazelnut butter skate with capers or mussels from bouchot marinières, cream or Roquefort sauce... Unless you prefer scallops fried like flour. Simple, effective and delicate.
