Bibracte, located at Saint-Léger-sous-Beuvray in Burgundy, is an archaeological site and museum well worth a visit. To get there by car, take the A6 freeway and allow around 3 hours 40 minutes from Paris or 2 hours 20 minutes from Lyon. Just a few steps from Nevers, the Bays area is a wild wilderness. Two 30-minute loops have been built, partially on pilgrimages, to observe the fauna and flora without disturbing them. Designed for family walks, these trails are guided by Lépido the butterfly and Robin robin (a bird type). Panel panel, they will help you find out in this mysterious nature and advise you on the best ways to observe other animals.

Famous for its abbey and stud, Cluny is also a green city. A Green Lane leaves the city to get down to Charnay-lès-Mâcon for almost 30 kilometres. An easy itinerary idea to start: bicycle on the 7 km of the green lane separating the town of Cluny and the Bois Clair tunnel. This tunnel is a local curiosity because it is now open to pedestrians and cyclists. A small crossing that will be enough to create an adrenaline rise among the least reluctant, especially as the tunnel houses bats! Since these are protected, the tunnel is closed in winter. If you still want to go south, a tunnel bypass has been set up for bicycles, but attention is very uneven.

From Bazolles, a bike ride will lead you to some architectural curiosities. The first are the Collancelle vaults. Built to cross the mountain instead of going around it, they are now decorated by intense vegetation and let barges, cyclists and hikers pass through. A few kilometers further on, you will find the Sardy scale, a succession of sixteen locks. This itinerary is part of the Nivernais Canal cycle route.

Only five kilometres separate the neighbouring towns of Mailly-la-Ville and Mailly-le-Château. Why not leave the car aside to do some sport? The Nivernais Canal provides a generous and generous way to make the road safe, walking or cycling. This is the path taken by the Véloroute link between Auxerre and Decize along the canal. This small portion is part of the Stopover Villages stage, which presents typical Bourgonnais villages. And as sport is a drug, you will probably recover! This easy route takes you through the Véloroute Canal, which links Auxerre and Decize with 175 kilometres of cycling paths. The 6 kilometre segment between Chambly and Vermenton can be done on foot or by bicycle. You can climb along the water, sometimes on the banks of the Yonne River, at the side of the Cure and admire the landscapes of the valley that took the name of these two rivers. The bike is divided into five thematic stages: This section is part of the Stopover Villages stage due to the charming villages that round the route. The medieval town of Korcula is the same illustration, but Vermenton is also worth a visit. Take advantage of the parks of Reigny Abbey and the islands to take a relaxing break before leaving.

The "Vineyards, Closed and Cadets" trail is a 10 km loop from Givry. It makes us discover the vineyard richness of the region. High in color, this walk through the vineyards is stained with red and gold as the seasons pass. You will find old houses, these dry stone shelters where the winemakers were housed, before discovering the black pine forest that will bring you back to Givry.

The 39 ^th edition of the Cormatinoise offers several circuits around the municipality of Cormantin in the discovery of the local historic heritage and the green landscapes of Burgundy. Among those walks, 7 km is accessible to all.

The sprinter club of Dijon is an association of type law 1901, created in 1993 by taking the estate of DOC (Dijon Olympic cycling). The club is affiliated with the French Cycling Federation (FFC) but also with two affinitary federations: The Sports Gymnic Federation (FSGT) and the French Union of Secular Works of Physical Education (UFOLEP). Its purpose is to offer its licensees all the activities of cycling (cycling cycling, cyclo-cross, runway, ATV and BMX). The event of back-to-school 2017 is undoubtedly the opening of Trampoline Expérience. Located near the Klube in Ahuy, just a few minutes from Dijon, this brand-new leisure space is no match for those that have long existed in the United States. The facility features some 800^m2 of trampolines! A unique and highly original facility in Burgundy. Between the free-jump zone where you can bounce as you please, two huge pits filled with foam cubes into which you can throw yourself like crazy, and the trampoline sports fields (for example, a badminton court), your heart is bound to swing. There's only one solution: try it all! The only obstacle may be the foam wall, known as "The Wall"... It's a real challenge. The objective? Run up a vertical wall over 3 meters high. This spot is aimed at fans of downhill mountain biking or off-road wheelchair: go to the forest of Breuil Chenue in the Morvan Regional Nature Park, in the commune of Dun-les-Places, and hurtle down the slopes in search of thrills over nearly 1.4 km! The spot is official and the practice is totally free and free. Come with your equipment and let yourself be exhilarated by the original discovery of this protected natural area.

Easier to use than an electric mountain bike, the e-trott is an ideal solution for a ride in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise. Unlike urban scooters, these are equipped with large wheels with fat tires, cushioned forks and frames, wide footrests and 750 W motors for speeds of up to 25 km/h. Carambole changed ownership at the beginning of 2024, but the principle remains the same, with precise routes. They are offered with a guide or GPS to make the most of the landscape and heritage, while respecting them.

With its cliffs overlooking the Yonne river and its location about 2 hours from Paris, this spot is nicknamed "the cliff of the Parisians". The Saussois has superb routes, accessible from the top of the plateau, allowing you to abseil down or to use a windmill. The routes are mainly west facing, and the best time to climb is from March to November. For aficionados, a 13 km walking trail will take you to the heights. With a fabulous panorama that will also delight walkers to whom climbing doesn't speak.

A fleet of 13 velorails is at your disposal to travel the 13 km (round trip) of this old railroad line going from Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire to Sancerre. It is one of the most spectacular because it allows you to cross three bridges: a bridge of 856 m on the Loire, a bridge on the lateral canal to the Loire, and a 40 m high viaduct dominating the golf of Sancerre. With family or friends, from vineyards to meadows, from green spaces to the waves of the Loire, you will fully enjoy the surrounding nature!

Situated 7 km from Dijon, in the heart of a 150-hectare estate, this magnificent property has belonged to the Debost family since the end of the 19th century and houses a beautiful equestrian centre. In 1970, a first riding arena with boxes was built. The riding school now has 60 boxes, 2 covered riding arenas, 3 riding arenas, 2 cross-country courses and 2 show jumping grounds. The club has 20 training horses, 15 ponies, and welcomes horses of owners in pension. The atmosphere is familial, the teachers are very pedagogical whether you are a beginner or an experienced rider! The huge advantage of this centre? Its domain which is divided between hay meadows (to feed the horses) and forests criss-crossed by numerous maintained alleys promising superb rides! With more than 500 members, the club L'étrier de Bourgogne is a regional club and has several labels: Ecole Française d'Equitation, Ecurie de Compétition, Site d'Excellence Sportive CCE offering a real guarantee of professionalism. The club is also an organizer of amateur and professional competitions. In the boxes, about twenty training horses, about ten competition horses, about ten ponies et five to six shetland ponies for the youngest are available. The equipment is almost perfect: two rides, a covered arena, a show jumping arena, a spring garden with fixed and mobile obstacles and a grassy competition field. Do you want your child to ride? Creusot Cycling Sport regularly organises the hiking "Les Crêtes crêtes" from the Perrette coomb. The 16 th edition will take place on September 21, 2014 and will once again offer a walking tour and a mountain bike circuit accessible at all levels. They are segmented into sections of 7 km to 40 km, depending on the chosen level and discipline. If you own your own horse or donkey, a route is also set up for equestrian hiking!

A section of EuroVélo 6 overlaps with the Voie Bleue Moselle-Saône (between Samerey and Chalon-sur-Saône), a 700 km waterside escape from Luxembourg to Lyon. EuroVélo 6 links the Atlantic to the Black Sea, with 4,450 km of signposted cycle routes between the ocean and Constanța, Romania. The Canal de Bourgogne and the Canal du Centre allow you to reach Beaune and Dijon via the towpaths and vineyards.

Riel-les-Eaux is a small commune in the Côte-d'Or department, in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. With a population of just 92 in 2015, it's a quiet, peaceful place.
