Vegetarians abstain. The Butchery, as its name indicates, is a restaurant specializing in meat. Of course other dishes are also available as salads, fish, eggs also for entrance. But here, everything recalls meat: the colour of a typical butchery in the table set of cow's skin. The desserts are rather nice: Terracotta panna, lemon cream, macaroons cut.

Passionnés and race horses will appreciate the advice of professionals on this farm. There are many activities and services. Among them, breeding, pension, sales and projections, and also riding lessons on beautiful paint-horse. It's first thanks to a "school horse" that the curious of Western horse riding can try and train. So the goal for the most talented and passionate is, at work, to take place in western shows.

When you push the doors of this restaurant, you're propelled in time of a campaign that you haven't known, maybe somewhat idealized. Antiques, old posters, there is a warm atmosphere here. Located at the end of the La Place de la Libération public parking, next to the concert hall Le Palace, the Grill is a large pink building with a shaded patio and a spacious spacious room. On the kitchen side, dishes are traditional at very reasonable rates. We find tender, mudflap, grills, Bresse chicken and snails in menus. A safe and pleasant address for typical Burgundian and family cuisine.

This former building, whose beautiful facade guards the entrance to the city of Châtillon-sur-Seine is the place where Arnaud Ferrari decided to make the most of his experience in the hotel and restaurant business at the end of 2018. He has created for us a menu based on the specialities of salted cakes and pancakes, with a choice of grilled meats of all kinds and fish: wholemeal cakes, vegetarian cakes, mushroom cakes or entrecote, beef or duck skewers. For a light meal, the salads offered as starters are also available in a large format for a unique dish. The dessert menu makes you want to finish off beautifully: flambéed pancakes or tarte tatin, or gourmet coffee. The service is always attentive and is carried out from the summer kitchen in the shade and calm on the nicely arranged terrace at the back of the small property. Note the choice of regional crémants and wines on the menu that Arnaud keeps on developing as he makes his discoveries.
