At Champagne Dom Caudron, you'll discover both a champagne-producing estate and an eco-museum retracing the trades of the vine and the making of the wines produced on site. Dom Caudron offers a range of interesting wine tourism services, including a tour of the presses, vat room and cellar. The film, narrated by André Dussollier, is well worth the detour. At the end of the tour, it's time for a tasting session, with two champagnes that reveal the full richness of the appellation.

Founded in 1947, Champagne H. Blin is the fruit of an alliance of winemakers who sublimate the meunier grape in a way that very few can. Located in Vincelles, their 110 ha vineyard is planted with the 3 traditional grape varieties. You're sure to enjoy some wonderful tastings and moments of pleasure at this estate, whose remarkable cuvées, wines of terroir, are divided into 3 ranges: traditional, organic and prestige. Taste their wines in the cellar, at the vinothèque, on open days or in the reception and tasting area.

Just outside the village of Baroville, you'll find this beautiful brand, which operates 110 hectares of vines. No fewer than 50 winegrowers have joined forces to bring this wine cooperative to life. It takes its name from the association of the first letters of the names of the three villages it represents: Baroville, Fontaine and Arconville. The house wines are sensational and deserve to be known. A particular favorite is the cuvée Un Voyage dans nos coteaux, as well as their wine tourism activities. De Barfontarc also offers a comfortable gîte. A real pleasure!

In the past, small independent producers from three neighboring communes cultivated the vines and sold their grapes to the trade. In 1961, three of them decided to acquire a common press. Then, little by little, others followed in their footsteps until they formed the Janvry group of producers. Driven by the same philosophy of quality, these winemakers created in 1975 the brand Ch. de l'Auche revealing to wine lovers all the beauty of the wine of the mountain of Reims. We are particularly fond of their Cuvée du Chapitre, a sublime 100% meunier!

Mastery, style, character. Founded in 1974, Champagne de l'Argentaine is produced by the L'Union de Vandières wine cooperative. It currently has 180 members and a production area of 167 ha. The winery offers a fine range of wines: Brut Réserve Spéciale, Brut Blanc de Blanc, Brut Rosé, Brut Millésime and Brut Prestige. These nuanced wines allow you to discover the full diversity of the appellation. Clever, eh?
