Pierre Karim, the patriarch and master roaster, knows his coffees by heart. As a true alchemist of flavours, he concocts in his workshop original and tailor-made blends, which enrich the range composed of vintages of around thirty origins and subtly flavoured coffees for gour lovers.

If you like the Champfleury workshop, you're going to love Cafés Miguel's downtown boutique. In this beautiful space, which combines modernity and tradition, you'll find quality products and expert advice from the roaster who's been watching over the beans for 4 generations. On the first floor, the showroom offers a wide range of coffees in bean, ground, flavored and pod form, as well as teas and all the accessories and machines you need to enjoy your coffee the way it was meant to be enjoyed. Upstairs, a wide range of machines from renowned brands such as Delonghi, Jura and Scott offer you the best quality of expression to savor every aroma.

At Moklair, roaster and coffee bar, we discover the richness of a specialty coffee! Here, all the coffees have an SCA (Specialty Coffee Association of America) score higher than 85 when imported, which promises a rich selection with a beautiful diversity and an amazing aromatic complexity. Whether floral, liquorish or fruity, each coffee is unique and can be savored with delight. Four ranges are available: the first growths rated 85 and more, the great growths rated 87 and more, the prodigies rated 90 and more and finally the special editions.
