A modern and stylish establishment at the entrance to the Souk. Comfort assured. Some of the rooms are the Nile, but all are air-conditioned and have an impeccable bathroom. Welcome is warm and efficient service.

The building, at the corner of the street, is easily linked to its pseudo-huge bas-reliefs of a curious taste. Mostly Egyptian customers (unfortunately noisy). The hotel has been badly aged but is clean. Avoid the rooms near the night box on the second floor.

This hotel occupies the old Italian fort! The rooms overlook the central courtyard where a magnificent tree is served. This is the only hotel in the shopping area where the Tuesday market takes place and is within walking distance of the old town. Located in a two-storey building, it opened in October 2005. The rooms are clean and comfortable. In the restaurant, if you want to eat a couscous, order it in advance. The welcoming francophone boss has a house in the old town, which you can visit and where you can eat a good couscous.

The youth hostel building houses Al-Kadous restaurant in a well-kept room but is a little dining, the meal costs 15 DL. The hostel guests have breakfast in this room. It's one of the country's most correct youth hostels.

As with all the Campings'campsites, this is actually a camp. The bungalows are very clean, the small beds are comfortable. Two clean sanitary blocks and hot showers. Three bungalows on the ground, after the swimming pool, are called "suites" (with air conditioning, large bed, small lounge, satellite TV, fridge, private showers). The kitchen in the restaurant is good and plentiful. A ultrapropre and very pleasant camp with a small animal zoo of the Sahara of today or yesterday: there are even ostriches!

Since the end of 2005, Ghadamès has its 4 stars. It is a beautiful and impressive hotel whose architecture is successfully inspired by that of the old town.
