Opening in spring 2023, this small store at the very bottom of rue Plantagenêt offers organic, seasonal fruit and vegetables from a dozen local producers. Ultra-short circuits, just like the groceries in the back of the store: vegetable soups from Langevine, apple and pear juices, wheat flour, compotes, jams and ciders from Coteaux Nantais, bulk dried vegetables... The shop also acts as a relay point (Thursdays) for the Paniers bio solidaires project.

The story of Un cheval Un champ starts in 2013 with the construction of a trailer and the acquisition of 3 draught horses that allow the team to travel the roads of France. In Puy-Notre-Dame, they are entrusted with 5 hectares of land. Today, they use 10 of them. And have been recognised as quality producers at the Collège culinaire de France.
