There's also a fine selection of organic products such as terrines and crackers, as well as soaps and eau de toilette made with rose extracts from Doué-la-Fontaine.

Located at the foot of the castle, Chantal welcomes you since 2010 with a smile in her store with a pretty green front: specialized in local products, you will inevitably find here the delicacies to bring back from your stay in Touraine. A beautiful space that makes you want to taste everything: Loire Valley wines, rillettes and barley sugar from Tours, spices, teas, honey, Bourgueil wine cookies, cheeses, ice creams, and even a range of organic products. In 2000, the two brothers Jean-Pierre and Michel Brossard completely restored this large farm body dating back to the th century and put their wives Diana and Nadine on the orders of this charming boutique to offer you products from the home of homemade manufacture: duck fatty livers extended to maize, pur rillettes, terrine, poultry meat, preserves and packages. These delicacies are also found in the Amboise, Tours, Monts and Saint-Avertin markets. Please note that you can also enjoy the guest rooms (2 to 5 persons) and the reception room of 45 people (with catering service).

Before entering the Spice Palace, you didn't know that by asking for salt, you could be faced with more than fifteen different options! Fortunately, in this little shop with a thousand and one scents, the team is there to guide us and tell us the story of the products. Because it's not just salt: pepper is also available in a variety of seasonings, just like olives and other condiments (turmeric, curry, etc.). We are served by weight and we complete our shopping with teas, home-made preserves, or a good rum, unless we opt for the range of Monin syrups or a little sweetness to end this journey that awakens the senses.
