Sports and leisure activities for seniors Provence

The C.C.A.S. proposes a large number of activities to break isolation of the third age. The more than 65 years of age can participate in yoga, aquagymn, hiking, painting workshops, memory workshops… To participate, nothing simpler, just register in September and hang the multi-activity card that costs € 13 per year. Prices are calculated based on income. Every month, the centre offers free cinema for non-taxable pensioners, do not hesitate to take on the spot invitations to the Grand Saint-Jean annual show, an event that attracts every year between 400 and 600 dynamic pensioners (11 € around lunch and show).

The nautical stadium of the Port Marchand provides meetings for senior citizens so that they can exercise strength in a room dedicated to them from Tuesday 14 h to 17 h, Thursday 9 h to 12 h and Friday 14 h to 17 h, in one hour sitting.
