La Verrière is the chic bistro formula of the Château des Reynats. The setting is sublime. Transparencies and views over the park, designer furniture and old-fashioned tiles... and always a gourmet cuisine based on fresh products: Douville endive with many variations, fourme d'Ambert, calamansi lemon, butternut chips, cod cooked on the skin, crispy cauliflower capers, hazelnut butter with lemon, creamy dark chocolate pie, Périgord kiwi and sorbet with vanilla pod. It's beautiful to contemplate, delicious to taste. In addition to the menu offering a wide choice of starters, main courses and desserts, a suggestion of the day can be adjusted according to the seasons. Lunch pleasure or work, the place is very busy, better to book. A Bib Gourmand rewards the cuisine of the chef who is also that of Château des Reynats.
