At the head of the domaine, Jean-Dominique and Jean-Laurent have converted the vineyard to organic and biodynamic farming, revealing wines that are natural and respectful of the terroir. The domaine produces well-structured white Sancerre and a 100% pinot noir rosé made from a blend of press and saignée juices. Its Belle Dame cuvée is one of the Loire's finest reds, and the domaine is considered "the elite of the Sancerre region". Exceptional know-how is passed on with passion and commitment, producing wines of great purity and finesse.
