This cooperative, founded in 1963, is made up of 75 winegrowers from the 15 communes of the Sancerre region. Today, the Cave de Sancerre continues to innovate and develop to offer you exceptional wines, while preserving the authenticity and history of the region. Combining tradition and modernity, we follow and blend our wines with the utmost rigor and quality. You'll find white, red and rosé Sancerre wines here, as well as Pouilly-Fumé and Menetou-Salon. C'est une cave où on peut goûter gratuitement différents vins avant de les acheter. C'est un groupement de producteurs de la région, le choix est varié , le rapport qualité prix est très bon. J'y reviendrai la prochaine fois que je passerai à Sancerre.
