Ludovic Valetta is héliciculteur, élève large grey and cooking on the farm. You can see it on the market or come directly to the farm buying its preparations: coquilles to the Burgundian, croquilles (shaped biscuits) to roquefort and nuts, Escargotine jars, toaster preparation, Escarberry (tomato-basil snails). To come visit the farm, enjoy good products and start with a good basket, please contact Ludovic Valletta who will be happy to receive you. Consider taking isotherms bags or a cooler to transport your products.
