HORSE AND DONKEY POLE
In addition to its horse riding activities, the Pôle du Cheval et de l 'Ane invites you to visit Sitazin, a museum living in the donkeys of France. To this end, he has a playful set of more than 350 m ² which allows to discover the role that the donkey has held and still holds in history, literature, agriculture, song… In enclosures, you can see the seven donkey races officially recognized by the National Haras in France. From March to November, the Pôle du Cheval et de l 'Ane hosts various events: horse racing and coupling competitions, endurance, training. During the season, walking walks or accompanied by the local mascot, the big black donkey of the Berry, runway games, workshops on the theme of the donkey animate the site. For a full immersion, stay at the Roulottes du Berry located on the pole of the Horse and the Ane (50 caravans for 244 beds) and take advantage of the region: castles, classified gardens, vineyards and other gastronomic walks. A charming place for small and large! Many animations are organized all year round.
