Restaurant combining a cuisine between tradition and modernity in Léré.
This CRT, in other words Café Restaurant Caterer, like Benoît and Aurore - these two do happy in Léré - love to subtitle their joyous name, thus opening up to go there… See an entry: smoked swordfish "house", chew salad and citrus fruit, orange dressing; see a place: walnuts of Saint-Jacques roasted, coral lenses, red butter then another small lamb roast, braised with thyme juice; evaluate desserts: cream burnt in nougat but also, for example, soft chocolate and candied ginger, sorbet litchi. This combination of tradition and modernity, popular in the high-quality French cuisine, is the beautiful tasty elites that cross the spirit of these two refined gastronomy. Delight, Joviality and Gaiety are the three carefully crafted menus where attention is synonymous with nec plus. CRT: Warmly rejoicing and Tempant. Attention: a culinary guide whose reputation is no longer noticed ("a beautiful map worthy of big restaurants")… Would that mean that soon… Will it be a big table in Léré?
