At the gates of the Sancerrois region, Marie-Line and Jean-Mary Bailly welcome you to the Genièvres goat farm to offer you a visit of the farm followed by a tasting of their cheeses. For 20 years, the goat farm has been producing AOC chavignol crottins, goat tommes, logs, hearts and ash pyramids. There are many flavours such as walnut, chive, pink berry... The farm of alpine chamois goats has 280 lactating females, 120 kids and 25 bucks. A visit that pleases the whole family.
