At the gateway to the Sancerrois region, Marie-Line and Jean-Mary Bailly welcome you to the Genièvres goat farm for a tour of the farm, followed by a tasting of their cheeses. For 20 years, the goat farm has been producing AOC chavignol crottins, goat tommes, logs, hearts and ash pyramids. The range of flavors includes walnut, chive and pink berry... The chamois Alpine goat farm has 280 lactating females, 120 kids and 25 bucks. A visit that appeals to the whole family.
